Add to it the Advisor; provides volumes of suggestions and helps you mold your lifestyle to meet your health goals. I’m enjoying the ring but sizing is definitely weird. You have to size up and since there are no half sizes it can be a little tricky. I’m liking the ring so far but ultimately it doesn’t really do anything that I couldn’t do with other apps or devices that don’t have a membership attached or a hefty price tag.

Great present for my wife, tracks her health and goals. It motivates you to be active and aware of your body. Overall great purchase.

I’m finding my Oura ring helpful in improving my sleep. I’m at the age where I really need to get enough and the right type of sleep. I monitor my sleep with the Oura ring and am learning a tremendous amount about improving my sleep and heart health. It’s also a great tool for becoming more aware of your daily activities to keep you active. I like that it also indicates when you’ve done too much and your need to relax and restore. Can’t tell you how much I love this ring. I don’t even know I have it on it’s so comfortable and I’m feeling confidant doing about anything with it on. It’s solidly made and I feel that its reliability in both its operation and durability.

Amazing ring. Great stats on stress, heart health, sleep (with REM cycle observations), activity tracking/sensing/recommending, and activity sharing. There are great features this has that essentially replaced the need for a fitness watch. My only qualm is that mine within a month of use has had its battery deteriorate to losing charge within a day although it is estimated to last 7-8 days. So that’s a bit strange and inconvenient. Looking to see if this is just a software issue or a hardware that needs fixing
