I retired my Apple Watch for this! I love all the features and how much information I’m given through the day!

I originally purchased one for my husband and he loved it so much that I got one for myself! I absolutely love it!

I've had my oura ring for 2 months now and really enjoy it! The app itself has so many insights and I love knowing what my readiness score is everyday. I got the silver because I didn't want to spend the extra on the gold and bought a pack of silicone ring covers on Amazon for like 10 bucks and it helps with the scratching + I can wear different color if I wanted. Really recommend!!!

This ring was amazing. As someone who has terrible sleep it helped me identify patterns that seem to be poorly effecting my sleep and health. Im still working on it but the ring has definitely been an important tool.

It’s a good tracker just a little simpler than I would have hoped for the long awaited gen 4. It’s a better all around design but should have upgrade options for gen 3 holders. One gripe I have is the battery life is not 8 days. I have to charge it twice in 8 days so it’s kinda a let down. My gen 3 had better battery life and it’s 2 years older.

since I started using the Oura Ring, the fitness-tracking wearable has served me several ways in my day-to-day life. But one thing has remained the same — more than anything else, it’s a conversation starter.

I got this ring with the intention of monitoring my sleep and daily habits after retiring my fitness watch for a bit. It’s definitely less intrusive and more practical for my day to day lifestyle than my apple watch and I find myself paying less attention to my devices than before without the ‘ring completion’ notifications. I’m able to more calmly pace myself with my regards to how it will affect the rest of my week rather than trying to beat myself up with trying to complete goals even at my most exhausted. It’s definitely allowed me to become more aware of myself and my idiosyncrasies towards my general health and if they’re able to successfully implement the meal category of documenting them, that is currently on beta, I think it will be even more helpful because i’d be able to cut out yet another app and reason to spend longer on my phone. I wasn’t hoping for a life altering event when planning to get an Oura Ring, so I think if the person purchasing one goes into this experience with patience and an open mind they’ll find it more rewarding than originally expected. What a lovely piece of tech, I hope it doesn’t fall apart lol
