Grear ring, lots of features and very confortable desing

Sizing rings seem to be a but smaller than actual ring size. I wore an 8 in sizing kit rings but my size 8 oura ring is definitely bigger. The sizing kit would often run sung to make me question sizing up, glad i didnt. Now im having to ys lasux and its making it even looser

I love my Oura Ring. It tells me when I don't sleep well, when I have something abnormal going on in my body. Many perks with this ring. I do wish it would last longer when I charge it.

I absolutely love this ring. It gives me tremendous insight on my sleep patterns and how my heart rate doing. Highly recommend.

I've been using it for 2 weeks and I love it!!!!!!

I thought it was silly to spend this much money on one of these but I really wanted to track my sleep and temperature and knew this would be a little more accurate than a smart watch. What’s nice about this is I also have a Garmin watch so whenever one is charging I have the other for a back up.

Doesn’t stay connected to bluetooth, constantly chips and does not hold charge. Looks great and does all the things I was looking for

This ring is great, way better than the samsung fing i used to own.. the metrics are better and so is the trackijg will definitely recommend.

The fit was perfect thanks to the size guide — definitely recommend wearing the sizing ring for 24 hours before ordering to account for any finger swelling. I got this ring as a gift for my wife and she loves it. The app is miles ahead of other fitness/wellness apps and the sleep tracking has been a cool feature to have as wearing a watch to bed isn't comfortable.

Thank you! The battery life in the Oura is AWESOME. I switched from Ultrahuman and the battery life on that ring is horrible. 60% battery loss in 12 hours. With the Oura in 12 hours I only lost 10%.

This is a great, comfortable and comprehensive passive fitness tracker. If I could wear an Apple Watch, or any smart watch, I would pick one over this, due to functionality, however, due to limitations and tattooed skin, this fitness ring is the next best thing

This ring is a mixed bag. What it does well is track sleep. It is the best i have found at matching what i feel upon awakening. I have a Sleep Number bed and it will often give me a good score when i perceive i have had a terrible nights slerp. The ring is really bad at tracking workouts. DO NOT buy this for fitness tracking. Get a cheap Fitbit or even better a Garmin watch. The ring itself has very little ability to track workouts. I was using Strava to export to Oura, but even that has stopped working. I took another star because not only did my original ring fail after a few months, but my wife's is also starting to fail, often dying after just a day or two and refusing to synch. Overall, probably the best ring, but only buy if you prioritize sleep tracking.

This ring is amazing! Didnt think i would care about all of the little things this ring provides but I was pleasantly surprised.

As a chronic illness girly I find the data from my Oura ring indispensable.
