Love my ring! It tracks so much more than just sleep and steps. I rely on it for my daily routine and reminder to move and stay active.

Great items but not worth $400. It is light and fashionable.

I had Gen 3 for a year and upgraded. My biggest dissatisfaction is how you have to constantly adjust the positioning to align the sensors. Rings rotate throughout the day, leaving the sensors misaligned and not providing accurate readings. After every hand wash and throughout the day I have to adjust it. They should add the sensors throughout the ring. Oura needs to stop trying to be an activity tracker and add the sleep sensors throughout the inside of the ring so we can just wear it and never think about it. All the professional reviewers agree this is an excellent sleep tracker, but nowhere near a good activity tracker. Once Oura focuses on just tracking sleep, I think the ring and features will be better. I am also worried about the gaskets falling apart like it has been happening to many customers.

Great features but the finish goes bad really quick. My wife and I have had ours for less than two months and after taking care of them as much as possible they’ve still gotten pretty scuffed up. I have the silver finish and it’s nowhere near as bad as my wife’s gold finish ring. Considering hers was way more expensive and looks worse than mine, I wouldn’t consider the gold one a great deal.

Better than expected, all features are now more practical and fun and truly important. The same was said by my friends who have this! Hope you can join the family of users

App is difficult to understand but ring is nice. Will have to see in time.

Ring sizing needs to take into consideration your knuckle size. The monthly/annual fee. Do you research and make sure you know all the pros and cons for you.

It's very chunky on your fingers. Also the good is a very bright yellow. It does not match my other gold jewelry. I feel like it make my fingers look fat. It made me feel like i had something stuck in between my fingers since it's so thick. I also don't like that you hah be to pay for a subscription. I switched to the galaxy ring.

This ring is fantastic! It tracks so many things. I was sleeping and woke up and it said something was straining my body and I had an elevated body temp. I got sick that night!!

Wanted to gift the ring but was unsure of what size was needed. This is a perfect solution. You buy the sizing kit and get a coupon for the amount of the kit. It essentially costs nothing and you ensure you get the right size.

It has great futures, only thing it can it improve on is the battery life

I am reviewing this item because I have insomnia and I use another wearable to track my sleep and I tried this for two weeks and it did record Sleep better than my other device. However, that’s it’s not worth the $350 price tag and a monthly fee. I don’t believe it’s too much useful other than for sleep in my own opinion.
