    I got this ring because I was trying to track my cycle to have a baby this year. The ring does not provide exact measurements you must link the data to an outside application, which also costs a monthly premium. The ring scratches VERY easily and battery dies way too often. I'd rather just take my temperature manually and use my apple watch. Would not buy again. Said I was always stressed, which I already knew from my therapist...

    I absolutely love my Oura ring. The only reason I won’t give it 5 starts is the battery.it was advertised as 8 days but I get 5 if lucky and it’s really frustrating when traveling.

    I got the oura ring so I could track my cycle since hormones were causing irregular periods. I am happy with knowing what’s going on with my body and to have something so small make a big impact on me!
