Really cool all the info this ring can collect. I have really enjoyed seeing my sleep quality and heart rate.

It’s a nice tool to use if you don’t already own something similar like the iwatch I think it’s overpriced for what it’s used for and acts more like an accessory than a tool in my opinion.

Returned the item because I already have a smart watch and it provides me similar features.

This ring was okay, but I need a ring that could track my oxygen levels all day. This ring only tracks once at night. Due to health issues I could not benefit from any of the other benefits at this time. Overall, I think this ring is good as long as your do not need to track your oxygen.

Poor customer service. Terrible follow up after purchase for loss breakage battery replacement.

The quality is good and what you get for tech is good. BUT... you need to pay a SUBSCRIPTION for more than basic data. For $350 dollar ring, you still need to pay every month. NO THANK YOU. Get an Ultrahuman if you can. Oura sued them, so they are hard to find in the US.

The ring is great, when it works! I've been wearing this ring for last 3 weeks. I've been charging it consistently, but there's no sleep tracking for ~8 days at all. The app says that that there was a technical issues. I would be returning this ring. When it doesn't malfunction like above, then the ring is good. It gives us good data for sleep, heartrate and steps. I compared this with apple watch and data mostly match.

The ring is perfect I like the features and also for daily use it’s really look good on my finger.

Having my vitals all in one place but not directly accessible on my wrist has allowed me to check on my health without constantly worrying aboit it!
