I like it but it doesn’t track my workouts which is the reason I bought it. I don’t know if mines defective but it’s kinda useless to me now. The other features are nice I just wouldn’t have paid so much if I knew it wasn’t gonna track my workouts.

The app does not work for us. Very frustrating and customer service has not been helpful.

Ring is not getting sensed if the battery life is less than 70%

Scratched in less than a month changed color I’m so disappointed

I purchased two rings, one for me and one for a friend. After three weeks, friends ring was dying within a day, and now wont charge. My ring just died a couple days ago and wont charge, completely bricked. Support is unhelpful and overwhelmed with complaints. I dont even know if I want a replacement now, I just want a refund.

Scratched within the first week, didn’t see enough value in owning.

Battery failed on the original and the repalcement.

I find the ring uncomfortable to wear, I would like if the band was thinner. As for the features I am still trying to figure out how to utilize the data it provides

Honestly not worth the money. I purchsased this ring as a birthday gift at the beginning of March and now on March 20th it's no longer lighting up or charging. This issue needs to be fixed rather than selling a faulty product.

Huge, not accurate when counting steps. Very restricted in what you want the ring to track. Returned as it was not very useful. The tracking of a phone was way more accurate. It is also huge!

Scratches very easily and way too bulky for a woman. Looks just like a men’s wedding band. It does give great data if you can get past the looks of it

Battery barely lasts 2 days after only a few months of use

The first couple of weeks the ring held its battery. Now battery only lasts about a couple of days.

Not even one year in and its stopped working. Since I bought it through bestbuy I cannot get help or a replacement through Oura. Do not buy, especially through bestbuy.

Stopped working shortly after return period. So wish that I had purchased the Whoop instead. Extremely disappointing.

Ring is way over priced for what it does. Bought a ring $300 cheaper that does the exact same thing with no subscriptions.

the battery life was a week -- now it is less than 2-days, and it has been 7-months of ownership. I have been very careful about battery life, as I own a Tesla and understand Lithium care.

Not worth it at all, this is honestly useless in my opinion
