Bought the size 10, was a bit tight so I returned to the store the next day to get a size 11. this purchase was early in December and the salesman at the store indicated that I had till January 15th to return if the size was not right. Unfortunately when I returned next day, the gentleman working the service desk would not exchange the ring unless I paid $100 dollar difference (ring was on sale for either Black Friday or Cyber Monday and the guy said he could not exchange at the sale price. So I returned the ring, got a refund, and then purchased a size 11 ring from another company. SO, I really enjoy the ring, but unfortunately for Best Buy I had to buy it elsewhere.

This is a great device. It looks good, is well built, and provides excellent feedback.

Easy to wear and provides good insights on sleep and activity. Readiness, lowest heart rate, and heart rate variability are useful things to know. Easier for me to keep it on 24/7 than a watch.

I got these for the whole family. Easier to wear to bed and monitor sleep patterns. A lot great and fun insight to your life. Counts steps, provides meditations suggestions, etc. Battery life is almost 2 weeks!

I absolutely love my Oura Ring Gen 4. It’s been a game changer for tracking my sleep and daily activity. The sleep insights are incredibly detailed. I can actually see how my rest impacts my energy and focus the next day. It’s helped me identify small habits that were affecting my recovery, and now I’m sleeping better and feeling more balanced overall

Don’t know what my daughter did without it. This was a gift she had been wanting for quite awhile. Works well for fitness, sleep, temperature quise, cycle, etc. she says it keeps better track than her watch. She has been stopped quite a few times by others who are interested in one and she gives it rave reviews

I got this to help track my sleep and stress in connection with my autoimmune and anxiety issues. So far it has been monumental in signaling a flare up, and it is helping my doctor and I with awareness of side effects of new medication. I did go on Amazon and get different covers to protect it and love it.

I’ve had the Oura Ring for about two weeks, and it has completely changed my routine. I really like it, and the battery has lasted about 8 days on a single charge. If you’re thinking about getting one, I definitely recommend it!

Overall - I love it! The thing I will say about this device is that it is somewhat bulky- if they could fix that — I’d give it a 5. And maybe a couple other options — like white. The battery is good, the data is great, and it was easy to sign up and daily use it great.

My our ring has helped me regain some sanity when it comes to sleeping. It’s helped with period tracking and comfortable to wear.

I like that it tracks sleep, activity, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), body temperature, and blood oxygen levels. I like wearing the ring at night rather than my watch. Although I think the ring is too expensive.

I love my oura ring, it’s made me learn so much! I love that it can read so much about you and you keep learning things about the ring wether you had it for a couple of months of years.

Fits perfect. As a former athlete, I've had many activity tracker watches. Suunto and Garmin both. I wanted this mostly for sleep tracking but have been surprised by how well it does with activity. Lots of options to connect with other apps as well.

This Oura Ring has provided great insight to my health and daily tracking of vitals and where my overall health stands. The fitting options were great and it holds a charge for so long. Also charges super fast so you hardly have to take it off.

Love the Oura ring to track basic data without stressing myself out too much. It always gives me a heads up if I’m getting ready to get sick, when my temperature rises, etc.

I’ve had the Oura ring now for over four months. It has been a nice addition to my fitness program and has helped me a lot to understand my sleep patterns. I have had no problems and would definitely recommend the ring to anybody. The app is terrific and is an integral part of my life now. The ring does a sleep study every night. The sleep study has helped me understand how I sleep and how to improve my sleep. With the understanding that I’ve gotten from the app my sleeping has generally improved over the last four months. I work out every day. The ring and app track my activity and my heart rate. Through the additional knowledge, I’ve been able to regulate my eating and argument, my fitness program through additional activity. I started biking again for the season. I was delightfully, surprised that the ring tracks my route and my heart rate and other vitals throughout my bike riding. It is great.

As someone who suffers from fatigue I dedcided to give smart rings a try to see how I sleep and so far its been pretty insightful. When I have a crappy night of sleep, I can write what things happened before bed or during the night that way I can form pattern and improve my overall sleep. It did detect that I was getting sick. It clocked it on the second day, and I think the only reason it didn't click the first day is because I hadn't put in my cycle yet, and it was probably trying to figure out what day I was on. I think once I get through a full 28 day it will be very helpful with health insights.

I love the ring it’s not only a cute accessory, but it really tracks everything I need to be tracked. Battery life is great as well!

Like - fit, comfort, look, capabilities, charging and days of battery operation. I wear it 24x7 I especially like step counts, heart rate and sleep monitoring.
