Love this, been using previous gen for a while now. Battery lasts about 6 days for me, the stats are spot on. This one runs true to size since it doesnt have the little nubs on the inside.

Perfect! :) I love my oura ring. Oura is very accurate and can detect all the changes that I also feel in my body, but did not know how to react to them before. I love the data that I get about my sleeping and overall readiness. I love how accurate it is to predict my periods, when I should take it more easy and when I can give it a go. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to take good care about their health.

After wearing the ring for about a month I can fully say I love it! From everything the ring track to how comfortable it is to wear. I am a person who doesn’t usually wear rings I’ve had no issues wearing it day and night. Also I was worried about how long it would take to charge, and I have come to find out that it take at most 30/45 min for a full charge and the app warns you when running low on battery.

Honestly love it. Gives me way more details than my apple watch, and I love that its always on. Battery lasts a while i charge it every 6-7 days

The best to track sleep, heart rate and any health. Way more accurate than any of the other health tracking devices. Love how long it could go without charging for days.

Looks great and is super comfortable. The Oura app is amazing as well and gives you tons of insight into your activity, sleep and so much more.

Overall very happy with the product. I prefer having a ring over a wrist wearable and it provides tons of interesting "lifestyle" data. Not sure how happy I'd be with the product if I were looking for a true fitness tracker. Cons: - The "pink tax"--rose gold looks better on my complexion and paired with 18K gold jewelry I wear, but the quality IS NOT worth the extra $150 over silver, which I had before switching to this color. - Lots of great data, but can't easily identify drivers or patterns across the many metrics. It would be great if its AI could bridge this gap to help draw deeper insights on your data. - Battery lasts long enough, but not as long as the company claims

I’ve been using my Oura Ring for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed. The sleep tracking is incredibly detailed and has helped me make real changes to my routine. I also like how it tracks activity and recovery without being bulky or distracting like a watch. The app is easy to use and very insightful. Definitely worth the investment if you're serious about health tracking!

I found that the Oura ring was a very attractive ring, (Wasn't expecting to like the looks one way or another, but it's simple and classy.) I find myself checking my "stats" a couple of times a day, to see if I'm making progress. (To my surprise, I am.) And I have had numerous people notice my Oura, and ask me my thoughts. It was a very good purchase!

I really like this product — it’s well-made, works as advertised, and feels great to use day to day. Setup was simple and the performance is smooth. The only drawback for me is the battery life. It doesn’t last as long as I expected, and I find myself needing to recharge it more often than I’d like. Still, everything else has been strong enough to keep it at four stars. If the battery were improved, it would be an easy five.

It fits great, is comfortable to wear and looks very nice on. It gives me so much helpful health information that it overwhems me. Im still learning what it all means. May take a while. I love it!

I love this ring. It’s accurate, efficient and so much better than my watch. Its helped me adjust my sleep and monitor my health more conveniently.

So far, so good. I’ve only had the ring for about three weeks, but I love the health insights it gives me. I find the sleep, stress and heart rate values particularly helpful. It is a rather large ring for a woman, and I honestly thought about sending it back for the first week, because it just felt so bulky. Fortunately, I stuck it out, and I am now used to how it feels.

Long battery life and good health tracking. Ring was able to detect temperature change in my body warning me ahead of time before I started feeling sick.

Good for active lifestyles. Tracks running, sleeping, heart rate, and other life style trackers to accommodate dauly life. Also motivates to beat your dailngoals you can manually set to achieving goals.

I bought this for my dad and he absolutely loves it. He was using his phone before to calculate his steps but boy was he shocked by how many more steps he actually did when wearing this ring and leaving phone behind/charging/etc. It also tells him when to rest and his sleep - he just loves it. So happy as he is a hard person to buy for.
