It’s so lightweight and comfortable to wear, even to sleep (which is a big reason I wanted it because I can’t sleep with my Apple Watch on). I have used the data that it provides to plan out my activity output and it has made a big impact on how quickly I recover and how good I feel. Would 10/10 recommend

One of the best things I have invested in for myself. Tracking my sleep has helped me stay on track. The ring seems very accurate and stays charged for a week. To charge from 10% to 100% battery it takes roughly 45 mins to one hour.

I have been using my Oura Ring for the past month and love it. Mostly using for sleep tracking and good health. The Oura Ring has me hooked on getting proper sleep habits and timings!I only use it for the sleep tracking at this time.

Great product so far!!!It's already giving me information on my sleep and gathering info on my overall health. It takes a few weeks to gather all of my info for even more accurate info and I am so excited about making 2026 my healthiest year to date!

I bought myself one and this ring I bought for my significant other! We both love it! It tracks our stress, sleep, steps, activity, and so much more. We are even able to share our data with eachother.

She loves it! Uses it every day as opposed to an apple watch or any other fitness tracker. Ordering was simple, chargine is super easy and quick plus it looks good! Would highly recommend it for the tech!

Love this ring. Very interesting to see how I’m sleeping, breathing, my steps, how my body temp changes when drinking alcohol, etc. Definitely makes me more aware of what I’m doing and how it affects my body. The only downside is it seems to easily scratch on surfaces, but I guess scratches are to be expected when you’re wearing it 24/7.

I love it. Far better than my Apple Watch that I have had for years.

This ring exceeded my expectations in terms of the health information it provided. It was easy to get used to in terms of wearing it daily. I do wish they made more feminine options for females. The rose gold does look more gold than rose gold. It only needs to be charged occasionally and doesn't take long to charge.

The ring works well, no issues with connected and tracking. Only disappointed was it scratches quickly. Works well besides that.

Cute. Good idea in theory. However I prefer my Apple Watch. No subscriptions. Tells time. And is strapped on and does not need to be adjusted every second. The main thing I liked was it can track your sleep score, and the Apple Watch is to bulky to wear to bed, and you can log your food.

Overall good product. The App is good. Easy to setup and use.
