I love my Oura ring, it’s been really insightful to provide extra health and sleep information that I wasn’t getting from my smart watch. The battery life has been pretty good so far, and it charges up quickly.

Excellent purchase, it has helped me control my sleep and stress.

The Oura Ring is solid if you just want an easy, comfortable way to track your sleep and recovery, but not worth it if you’re looking for heavy workout features or don’t like paying a monthly fee.

The Oura Ring is best for sleep, recovery, and overall wellness tracking — it does heart-rate/HRV, temperature, sleep stages, and gives “readiness” scores that help you see trends over time.  It’s discreet, comfortable, and has long battery life (5–8 days) — much easier to wear 24/7 than a bulky smartwatch.

Really helps with keeping my health on track. I also have the Apple Watch, but I find the Ring 4 information to be more accurate and more realistic.

This ring is a game changer and life changer. I got it for my 54th birthday. It made me aware that I might have sleep apnea, by showing me that I was having disturbances in my air while I slept. This information lead me to have a sleep study which did indeed say I had sleep apnea. It’s also making me aware of how important my sleep and my heart rate is. Having sleep apnea explains why I’ve had high heart rates at night.. my body was in distress from lack of air. I want to have a great cognitive future and having air while sleeping and getting the right amount of sleep is a great start.

One of my New Year's resolutions is to focus more on health and wellness. Incorporating this device into my workflow has helped a lot, even in the first month I've used it! I get a ton of helpful information through the app and many of the recommendations I've been given have helped not only recovery but also my mood. The subscription fee is something to consider, but I figure my health is worth the equivalent of a cup of Starbucks every month!

Love Love Love my ring! 100% would buy again! They did not have the silver in stock at the store, so I settled for the stealth. It's very pretty when I add my stackers. You can also purchase covers to make it look different or protect the ring.

I'm tatted, a lot. My expensive Garmin fenix 7 doesn't track my health anymore - but it's a great watch. So I decided to try a ring so I can get my workout and heartbeat stats. Initially I tried the Samsung ring, since it didn't have a monthly subscription. Didn't like the design of the ring and heartrate was only on demand. Meaning I had to go into the app and tell it to check HR. Oura is much better, with way better insights on HR and sleep. Syncs well to MyFitnessPal.
