    Wanted to love this ring but ended up returning after 3 weeks. It does not accurately catch exercise and thought I was sleeping when I was not. It was comfortable but possibly too loose, maybe would be more accurate if tight, but I would only take the gamble if you are okay with having to return. It is easy to setup and charges quickly, nice look, just wish it was more accurate.

    I was hesitant to make such a big purchase for the Oura Ring but ever since I did I have loved every minute of it.     Readings are accurate as far as i can tell. More insight into overall health than Apple watch 11. One drawback is ive yet to get 8 days of charging from it. The most iver received was roughly 3.5 days. App is good and easy to understand
