It’s one of those gadgets that quietly does its job and mostly gets out of your way. If you care about sleep, recovery, health insights, and want something very lightweight and unobtrusive, the Oura Ring 4 is excellent. It’s especially good if you don’t need the distractions of notifications or a display, but instead want something more “set‑it‑and‑forget‑it” that gives you meaningful metrics.

Sizing was a little confusing but it is better to go with a little more room instead of a perfect fit as the fingers can swell over night and the ring constructs you.
