This ring is a mixed bag. What it does well is track sleep. It is the best i have found at matching what i feel upon awakening. I have a Sleep Number bed and it will often give me a good score when i perceive i have had a terrible nights slerp. The ring is really bad at tracking workouts. DO NOT buy this for fitness tracking. Get a cheap Fitbit or even better a Garmin watch. The ring itself has very little ability to track workouts. I was using Strava to export to Oura, but even that has stopped working. I took another star because not only did my original ring fail after a few months, but my wife's is also starting to fail, often dying after just a day or two and refusing to synch. Overall, probably the best ring, but only buy if you prioritize sleep tracking.

Thank you! The battery life in the Oura is AWESOME. I switched from Ultrahuman and the battery life on that ring is horrible. 60% battery loss in 12 hours. With the Oura in 12 hours I only lost 10%.

Color a great and benefits awesome. I use it everyday and don’t take it off.

Love my new Oura ring. Especially like how it tracks my sleeping patterns and let's me know when my body needs more rest or if I'm getting run down or my stress levels are increased. Even let's me know when my temperature is above average.

The best way to track your sleep, activity and health !

Easy to wear and provides good information regarding health stats. Only negative is that it will naturally get scratched with every day wear.

Purchased in April 2025, 500 plus dollars and does not work after 1 year

Bought this so that I could track my sleep and recovery and it’s so good. I didn’t want to buy it. And when i finally did, I regret not getting it sooner

I was super excited about this purchase as I want to take my health to the next level but I don’t like that I have to constantly go into my app and confirm the activity. I wish it would just do it by itself. And also if it had a more in tune and sophisticated tips and tricks when it comes to bettering a portion of your health that you struggle with. For example, I cannot stay asleep but it just tells me that and that I need to rest but no real tips.

Great product helps track helpful in to assist with doc visit and feels more accurate then the watch.

Absolutely love this ring! Great quality although the metal does show scratched pretty quickly. Oura also has excellent customer service- they’ve sent me a new ring when my problem couldn’t be fixed online.

I bought this ring with the intent to fix my sleeping patterns and it had completely helped me do so. Would definitely recommend.
