Amazing! Best gift, got it for my dad for Christmas! He loves it and says that it has amazing features.

Not worth the price. It’s nice to have sleep data and heart rate but you can get that info with cheaper watches. My battery died after 7 months and had to go through the headache of replacement. At that price and the cost of monthly membership I expect more.

[Employee of bestbuy] Red light leaves behind almost like an irritating heat rash on the finger when worn for extended periods of time like you are supposed to. They also charge a monthly fee to even use it to its full capabilities. You would think paying for a $4-500 ring would be enough to solve these problems.

I purchased an Oura Ring 4 (Gold, Size 8) in December 2024 for $499 plus tax. By January 2026 — just over one year later — the hardware completely stopped functioning. For a premium health wearable at this price point, I expected multi-year durability. This is not an inexpensive accessory; it is marketed as a long-term wellness device with an ongoing membership subscription. After contacting customer support, I was informed that the ring was outside the 1-year warranty and was offered a $100 discount toward purchasing a new ring. That effectively requires spending another $400+ to replace a device that barely lasted beyond warranty. While I appreciate a gesture, a $100 coupon does not reflect the expected lifespan of a $500 product. Buyers should carefully consider the effective longevity of this device relative to its cost and warranty limitations.

I love the Oura ring. It holds me accountable and makes me challenge myself by reaching my daily goals.

Way nicer than the 3rd gen. I feel like the ring gives way more calories and exercise points than my Apple Watch. Not so sure how accurate this thing is.
