    The ring is great. The customer service was horrible. I had a ring purchased for me ON SALE and needed to exchange the SIZE and they made me pay the difference since the ring was no longer on sale even though it had only been 3 weeks. Never heard of such a thing in my life when all I needed was to exchange it. Horrible customer service.

    I did some research and decided to get myself an Oura ring 4 for Christmas. At first I loved it. But about a month and a half afterwards it stopped syncing with the app daily. At that point it was unreturnable to Best Buy. So I contacted Oura. They admitted it was a defect and was under warranty. So they sent a replacement. I got a notice from UPS that the package was opened and product was missing and they then discarded the package. Honest to GOD! I can show anyone that message. I reported this back to Oura customer service and they told me they would investigate and get back to me. After MANY repeated attempts to get any response from Oura they have basically ghosted me.... Mu initial feeling was they had great customer service but my opinion has changed. I even showed them the message from UPS. I would think since THEY shipped it - they would have access to the same info... My next avenue is to try and contest things with the credit card company as Oura is a huge letdown.
