    I love the functions of the ring. It gives great insight on your health. I’ve had it for 4 weeks and have to replace it because of the battery life. It won’t keep a charge

    I was denied a size exchange for an unopened Oura Ring and told to return and repurchase instead. The repurchase price was $150 higher. An exchange for the same item in a different size should not cost more, especially when the package was never opened. Best Buy and Oura should have exceptions in place to prevent this type of issue.

    Bought for my husband to check for Afib, according to the directions you have to also have a subscription. Sales rep should tell you that before they sell it. And it isn't even available yet.

    Some people enjoy these rings, but wearing one 24/7 just isn’t for me. I purchased this ring to see if I could track my oxygen levels throughout the day. This ring only tracks at night when you are sleeping. I have sensitive skin as well, and my skin didn’t react well after wearing it 24/7
