The best ring ever. I had no idea I would love a ring this much, super convenient lets you know almost everything that is going on.

It’s comfortable and has truly helped track my health. I wish they offered a trade in option to upgrade especially now that they have the thinner rings.

The brushed silver looks great; esp. for a man's ring, and gets compliments. I wear it on the left index finger and don't find it uncomfortable. The ring is easy to pair with the Oura app. I especially appreciate the sleep monitoring functions and the new ability to pair with a Stelo glucose monitor.

I've been eyeballing this ring for a few months now and finally pulled the trigger on getting it, I've loved it since. It's incredibly accurate and gives me insight to bettering my health. Sleep, HRV, HR, resilience, even glucose if you have one of those patches! I think it's 100% worth the money and can't recommend it enough!

Very accurate measurement of daytime stress. The battery lasts pretty well. It gives a lot of information and options for how to improve sleep etc The only downside is how easily the silver version scratches. It is not a big deal for me but something to be aware of.

I was really wanting to get an Oura ring because my husband and I are trying to get pregnant and I have heard that it gives you really good insight. So far I have been using it for about a month and a half and I couldn't be happier. I love that it tells me about my sleep, my heart rate, my cycle, lets me know if something is straining my body, etc. The one thing I don't like is the "stress" insight. I don't feel that it is accurate at all and seeing that I am "stressed" when I am not actually ends up making me stressed LOL. Other than that I am so please with it :)

Lots of good and actionable data. Easy to use app with applications. Pretty comfortable. Fast charging. The light can be annoying at night.

Love this ring! I was a little skeptical as I was coming from a Apple Watch to a ring! However, I was not disappointed!! The try-ons are stiff and not comfortable. However, the ring is so soft, comfortable, and easy to wear. Love all the detailed readings as well. Highly recommended!

I've been really happy with the Oura Ring 4. It's noticeably slimmer and more comfortable than my previous Oura ring, which makes it easier to wear all day and night. The battery life is decent, although I do find myself charging it about every four days instead of getting the longer battery life that's advertised. Even with that, it tracks my sleep and daily activity well, and the insights have been really useful. Overall, I think it's absolutely worth the money and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality health tracker.

I’ve had the Oura Ring for about 2 months, and I love it! It’s a lightweight, comfortable wearable that provides impressive insights into sleep, recovery, and overall wellness—especially helpful if you’re a PCOS girly like me. The only downside is that if you lose it, there’s no ringer or tracking feature to help you find its exact location. But aside from that, I’m really happy with my Oura Ring and would definitely recommend it!

LOVE my Oura Ring. It works great and the charge will usually last around 7 days. I love being able to track my sleep and my cycle.

The Oura ring is so much more detailed than the Apple watch. Definitely glad I made the switch! 10/10 recommend if you’re wanting to get more in touch with your health!

Nice looking ring! my fiancé loved it, however, the tracking system that comes with the ring never seemed to work as it was misplaced a couple times at home, yet the tracking within the app wasn’t useful. Luckily, we located it ourselves. For a ring that cost $500, it should have a working tracking system. It also scratches easily so the shine will fade with multiple scratches.

I’d give it 5 stars, but the one I bought ended up having battery issues after about 4 months. They replaced it for free since it was in the warranty period, but it was still a hassle and not ideal. Looks nice. Feels nice. The data is amazing. They’re constantly working on new software.

I love my Oura ring, it is more fashionable than a smart watch and super comfortable. My only complaint is that it does scratch easily. I would recommend to purchase the sizing kit before buying the ring and wearing for an entire day to make sure the sizing is correct.
