Does most of what the Apple watch does yet it is much smaller (easy to sleep with, etc) and the battery last about a week. I'm very happy with it and would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the monthly/yearly charge. Most other rings like this don't have that charge.

The Oura ring is good when you want to know all your body insights. It’s good for sleep, stress, readiness, and heart rate. I went into the store which I highly recommend to get the right size, the band with is thick so you might need to size up. The ring is ok for workouts but doesn’t really give you that many insights like an Apple Watch would. For example if you run a lot and want to track distance, it won’t show you that in the app. It will show you the zone your heart rate was in and how many calories were burned. The ring also tracks temperature and if you’re using it for cycle synchronization it’s good with that!

BEAUTIFUL ring I will gladly wear and not be concerned about looking like a weird techie person because you can barely tell it would not just be a normal ring.

I’ve been using the Oura Ring for a few months now, and it’s one of the best health tech purchases I’ve made. The ring is comfortable and lightweight but a little bulky. I purchased it for the depth of insight it provides. From sleep tracking to heart rate variability (HRV), body temperature trends, and readiness scores. I’ve found myself making better decisions around rest, workouts, and recovery based on the daily feedback. If you're someone who values data-driven wellness or just wants to be more in tune with your body, I highly recommend the Oura Ring.

Works great-great for sleep tracking. Not so great for excercise/steps but withing 10/15%. Works well with the Galaxy watch and good for those with other products in the Samsung ecosystem. Open box price-point was good for me. New too expensive as Oura has more features.

I’ve been wanting to buy this for a long time and I don’t regret it. Love it and would recommend it to anyone interested. I have not had any issues with it so far and it’s readings are very accurate.

No matter if you are buying the oura ring for a health issue, to track for fertility, or just overall health information the oura ring is very helpful. It is very accurate on the information that is recieved through the app.

Lighweight. Accurate. Long battery life. So many stats available. Wish there wasnt a membership, but it makes sense since they're constantly updating their tech.

I came from a galaxy ring after about a year I started having battary problems where the ring did not really hold a charge and the samsung health app did not give good info. So I made the switched to the oura ring, I was annoyed about the membership, especially since the ring is so expensive. But then I realised something bigger... the ring itself mainly covers the cost of materials. The membership gives you access to the app’s insights, personalised metrics, software updates and the people behind it. it’s what makes the ring’s data actually useful.

Purchased for my wife. The sales person was great and helped a lot. I could not have done this without the help I received. My wife loves it. And uses it in conjunction with her Sense Fitbit watch.

Oura Ring 4 is incredible. This is my third, I had a Gen 3 and then upgraded to a Gen 4 in Stealth…I’m so happy with the tools and tracking that I decided to get one in a brushed silver color. I’ve bought them for my entire family and all agree this is a winner.

I jumped from an apple watch to the ring. I feel the ring tracks and provides more information. I absolutely recommend to anyone who is on the fence for it!!
