The Oura ring provides a great deal of information that has helped me make changes everyday to improve my health. It tells me the amount of sleep I'm getting and the amount of activity which are huge. Among many other biometric markers. I would highly recommend getting one.

Doesn’t stay connected to bluetooth, constantly chips and does not hold charge. Looks great and does all the things I was looking for

The information the Oura Ring 4 provides, particularly on my sleep habits is very interesting and useful! Also like the tracking of heart rate and O2sat readings.

Interesting but not earth shattering. The sleep tracking is best but once you see the patterns after several weeks, there isn’t much helpful new info. It confirms you sleep better when you don’t drink alcohol, eat late heavy meals or stress out before bed. Not surprising. The activity tracking is not super accurate and requires manual adjustments that are a hassle and therefore easy to ignore. Also need to remove the ring for weight and resistance training to avoid scratching it, so that results in some missing data.

I’ve owned OURA rings for a few years. The Gen 4 ring has made a number of improvements. Longer battery life, lighter weight and an updated app are a few of the new features. I am very happy with the OURA ring and start out my day checking my data.

Love this ring. The only thing I dislike a little is the monthly fee that comes with it. Other than that, it is a great smart ring.

I was unable to wear this ring on my index finger as it was purchased for my wife. It turns out I she is not as cool I am, and did not want it. I tried it for a week and found it to be comfortable and I really liked the different data points it gathered. More than the raw data I especially liked how the app analyzed it and then explained the scores for me. I have since traded in for the correct size and am looking forward to building a significant baseline. Not for nothing but I am also looking forward to the integration with dexcom and their CGM. I feel like that elevates the Oura 4 to the top of the food chain when it comes to wearable tech for health purposes. When and what to eat along with sleep to maximize metabolic health. Excited to get the full experience from this product.

Much comfortable and convenient than I had originally thought. The ring communicates with the other health apps I have and synchronizes the data efficiently. I find it especially useful to track sleep patterns.

I don't like that you have to pay for a subscription to be able to use the ring, that is the only downside

It’s been great! It gives lots of details on different things, like sleep, exercise, menstrual cycle. It’s mainly been helpful on my runs.

Love my ring but bought it too small. Needed to switch to a different finger. But the info I'm getting on my sleep is super helpful. And I like the look of the brushed silver.

Honestly the ring has been the best thing to purchase. I don’t care about the subscription because it is super cheap every month. It tells me so much about my heart and my activity levels. The sleep tracking is amazing, if you are one to want to improve your sleep. I just recommend this to everyone.

If you don't have a smart watch to keep track of your activity, this is the ring for you. It helps with tracking activity, sleep, heart rate, stress. There are numerous more options that are available, but these are primarily what I use it for. The battery will last for days on a charge before it needs to be charged and it charges very fast. Overall, it is a very nice ring and is very durable. I did get a cover to put over mine to keep it from getting scratched up on anything.

I have worn it for a week now. Easy to connect with app. Great battery life. Only charge while I shower and it has stayed charged. Love all the data it generates. Definitely motivates me to move but also to be mindful of my sleep.
