    I had tried the gen3 before switching to the gen4 and honestly the fit is SO much better. Since the sensors are more flush with the ring nothing presses into your finger like it does with the gen3. So comfortable and I love the insights it gives me as well as the battery life.

    I love that it tracks everything. Reminds ypu to stand up and walk as well as when its time to start getting ready for bed. I sized up 1 from my normal ring size. My fingers tend to swell so sizing up was a must for me.

    I love my Oura ring. It holds charge extremely well & I got the perfect fit using the sizing kit before purchasing. It has a lot of cool features. The biggest complaints I had and why I chose 3/5 stars is because it scratches extremely easy for it being over $400 and there are a lot of other smart rings that do not require a subscription.

    I currently own a Fitbit to monitor my sleep, but always felt it was uncomfortable to wear while sleeping.     I am amazed at what this ring does for me. I wised it would somehow alert things of concern. This is able to pick up changes in my HR and because of that I had a conversation with oh my doctor. Only thing is it does have tiny scratches. Must be careful
