My Oura ring 4 silver (i loved) has been an excellent tool to stay informed about my healt. It helps me easily track my sleep, activity, heart rate and stress levels, giving me better insing my body and helping me improve my daily habits.

I love how the ring fits! The sizing rings are very accurate. I love how I didn't know how to say I was playing pickle ball and it automatically jumps right to it! So far I've been able to monitor my sleep and other health issues. This is one item I'm super glad I purchased!

About a month in now and really liking the Oura ring. I don't even notice that I'm wearing it anymore and it's taught me so much about my sleep, how it affects me, and what's actually happening while I'm in bed. Just don't be dumb like me and scratch it against other abrasive metals like gym dumbbells!

Limited in function, but an excellent self-care smart device. Got it as a present for my wife (didn't fit at first but Best Buy was able to exchange it without issue). She loves it telling her sleep score. She's learned things about how she goes about the day and its impact on her health. Nothing revolutionary but she likes it and all her friends have one so its fun for them.

The battery can easily last over 4 days. This makes a weekend travel easy without having to pack a charger.

I like to use my Apple Watch to tracking things like my heart rate, how I sleep and how miuch movement I am making. since I have had my ring, I dont use my watch as often. way more comfortable and the app tells me everything!

I barely noticed I had it on. Super light! And very comfortable. Sleep tracking is definitely on point. I wouldn't wear it for activity tracking or regular everyday wear because it scratches pretty easy in my opinion. But as a sleep tracking device, would definitely recommend!

I get so much insight on my health from wearing this thing. It helped me slow down and rest instead of getting sick, which probably kept me from being sick for a whole week. That paid for itself. It's comfortable and generally a cool gadget.

i loved this ring at first but a year later and it wont stay connected and battery life is less than 24 hours, i even bought the portable charger. and used the stelos glucose monitors to test my glucose for a month ( works in seperate app. by the way and the oura ring app is always updating and i had to repboot it out of the blue.

Love my ring. As someone with high anxiety and poor sleep, this helps me to regulate and tracks the management which I'm able to share with my doctors. It also alerts me when my bio-rhythm is off which helps to "predict" my migraines.
