I love my Oura ring! It’s been so great to be able to track my steps, sleep and health. Right before I got sick, it let me know I was showing minor signs. So cool

I have really enjoyed my Oura ring! All of the features on the app are really awesome and have made me a lot more conscious about my sleep schedule, meal schedule, and activity throughout the day! I have had it for about a month and have noticed it already is pretty scratched. The battery life is nice! I usually charge it while I’m doing my night time routine and it’s charged when I’m done!

Perfect! :) I love my oura ring. Oura is very accurate and can detect all the changes that I also feel in my body, but did not know how to react to them before. I love the data that I get about my sleeping and overall readiness. I love how accurate it is to predict my periods, when I should take it more easy and when I can give it a go. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to take good care about their health.

Very good for a minimalist option to track your health and wellness. Great battery life, just charge weekly and no need to remember when to charge.

My wife wanted one of these because she doesn't always remember to wear her smart watch. I was hesitant at first, but after getting it, I can say it does and tracks so much more then the watch does. From sleep patterns to heart rate, this was well worth it and she loves it. One thing to note is that it does have a yearly subscription for all the features so something to keep in mind before purchase.

I love it. The yearly subscription is fairly inexpensive. I have to get a cover it scratches easily.

This is my second Oura ring. My first lasted me 3 years. The battery life on this generation is much better than the previous. My sleep has drastically improved by reviewing the data in the app and helping me identify patterns.

I have been on the fence on whether to buy a smart ring or not and I’m glad I finally did. It helps immensely that, regardless of which OS your phone runs, the Oura Ring app both sync seamlessly with your phone’s native Health apps. It’s comfortable, light, durable, and the app has top-notch health insights and metrics (as a health IT specialist and informaticist myself, this is a massive positive for me). My only concern is the long term wear and tear of its coating/material but was able to grab some ring sleeves to lessen it especially when wearing it at the gym.

It was good for a while and pretty light but scratches more easily. Had to purchase little covers that would help with scratching and would be different colors. Battery started lagging towards the end.

My daughter loves this, keeps it on constantly, and has had to charge it only once so far

We bought this for our daughter for Christmas. She loves it. She said she no longer needs her Apple Watch now that she has the OURA!!

Absolutely love my Oura Ring! The sleep tracking alone has been a game changer. The insights are detailed, easy to understand, and actually helpful for improving my recovery and daily performance. The design is sleek and comfortable I forget I’m even wearing it. Battery life is excellent too. Highly recommend if you’re serious about optimizing your health.
