    Love this ring, tracks sleep, workouts, walking, and even tells me when I am starting to get sick. Only removed one star because it scratches extremely easily when weight lifting and I recommend that they sell some type of guard for us active gym people lol

    So far, so good. I’ve only had the ring for about three weeks, but I love the health insights it gives me. I find the sleep, stress and heart rate values particularly helpful. It is a rather large ring for a woman, and I honestly thought about sending it back for the first week, because it just felt so bulky. Fortunately, I stuck it out, and I am now used to how it feels.

    I have now purchased two of these rings one for me and one for my friend because honestly, I really love this ring.I love everything about this. I love that it shows you all of your vitals nothing has been an accurate so far.
