Awesome features. The battery last a very long time. Love it!!!

The Oura ring is a great product. It has a lot of features and is compatible with both iPhones and Android phones. The battery life is also really good. I compared it to other rings like the Target ring, and I prefer the Oura ring because it’s compatible with both types of phones, unlike some other rings that are only compatible with Android phones.

Made a great gift. Works as good or better than hoped

I’ve been using this for about a month. It does a great job giving me an idea of how my sleep has been and if I have any breathing irregularities. My main issue is that you can’t edit an activity from a previous day. It does a good job of recognizing when you are working out but sometimes it gets the length of the workout wrong. If you don’t edit it that day then you can’t the following day. Others have complained about this as well. Hopefully a software update will fix this oversight at some point.

The Oura ring can be helpful in tracking different health data... if you can find your size. The company doesn't offer half sizes and the ring itself is quite bulky. Naturally, our body swells so I've heard of people switching fingers all of the time. Personally, I want something I can leave on, not worry about and stick to having it on one finger that I feel most comfortable in. I worried a lot about getting the ring stuck and the sizes never truly fit me-- either too small or too large. I notice there was also gaps in the data at times. The material is also prone to scratches. Sure you can put a cover on it, but it does make it even bulkier. If you can find a size that fits you, I'm sure it'll work out great for you.

After wearing the Oura ring for more than a month, I can honestly say that it has improved my sleep, but making me think about the factors that influence my sleep. Wanting to get a good sleep score, I now actively focus and put an effort into doing the little things that improve sleep, and it is working.

I loved my Oura ring. I have a hard time sleeping and knowing I got X amount of hours, specifically under 7, it forces me to try and sleep more when my score is low. It helped me prioritize that and definitely just overall rest when it detected stress on my body. Very insightful.

So far, so good. I’ve only had the ring for about three weeks, but I love the health insights it gives me. I find the sleep, stress and heart rate values particularly helpful. It is a rather large ring for a woman, and I honestly thought about sending it back for the first week, because it just felt so bulky. Fortunately, I stuck it out, and I am now used to how it feels.

Awesome ring, can’t wear smart watches at work so this is awesome to keep track of steps
