This was one of my best purchases to start reviewing my health. Battery life is great, around a week, and reports with trends are great. Some reports take time to understand and I wish there were more actionable steps to take when looking at reports but over all awesome product. Cons Watch will scratch on other metal surfaces so be careful.

Unless you need the functionality of phone calls or music that a smart watch provides, this ring is all you need to track your health and fitness. I highly recommend it.
