I absolutely love my Oura Ring Gen 4! It keeps me on track with my daily activities and goals—especially when it comes to monitoring my sleep patterns. The insights have really helped me stay accountable to my wellness routines. The ring is incredibly durable, and the stealth gray color is beautiful—it has an almost black appearance that resists scratches (at least in my experience). I also appreciate how sleek and subtle it looks. One thing to note: the sizing feels slightly looser than the plate sample I used for reference, so I’d recommend keeping that in mind when choosing your size.

Absolutely love it. Got it a bit over a month now and I’m really happy with the statistics shown on the app. It looks good and it’s very comfortable to wear. Battery life is amazing. Have been going on walks and I feel like it calories burned are tracked very accurately.

Great device to track a wide variety of physical activity and sleep parameters. Real time feedback and scoring makes this a perfect health monitor for anyone who wants to take control of their health. Impressed also with battery life lasting up to 7-8 days before needing to be recharged.

Great device, I recommend the extended warranty just in case (if you plan on using and wearing this everyday). The warranty will also cover replacing the battery within the period if it starts to wear out. Just a note, definitely purchase the sizing kit before hand! I originally did not think it would be needed but I was wrong and had to exchange my ring out. Good product so far :) I will also note that the matte can scratch easily (not sure about other colors, but the warranty covers scratches too)

It’s a great tool. Helped me with getting to know my sleep pattern and how they affect my health/ how I feel. Also more accurately tracks my steps. Most importantly it tells me when I stress, when my heart rate changes and how my body will be that day based on my sleep and if my body recovered enough. Only complaint is that it’s a bit bulk so not great. Plus the required subscription.

I bought this ring for my elderly mom to help her track her sleep and overall wellness, and it’s been amazing so far. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and she forgets she’s even wearing it. The app gives us detailed, easy-to-read insights that help us keep an eye on her rest and daily activity. It gives me peace of mind and helps her stay motivated to take care of herself. I’ve had this almost a month now, so I’m ready to review it and I previously used an Apple Watch song comparing things to that. I love that the ring can last six days it seems to stand up to that as well. The sleep tracking is much better than the watch. I get more in-depth information relating to my sleep. All around I’m happy with my purchase and recommend. I love the temperature tracking and heart rate variable tells me more in depth about my stress levels throughout the day and makes me more mindful.

I absolutely love my Oura ring. It gives absolute detailed information about my health, my menstrual cycle, stress levels, heart rate, etc. I am a heart patient and it’s important to me to see my health all laid out in front of me. It’s comfortable to wear for every day use and I even sleep in it and shower in it would highly recommend purchasing this ring.

I highly recommend buying the ordering through Best Buy instead. I was able to use my Best Buy credit card and make this purchase. I love how Best Buy lets me use the interest free option for a limited time. Thank you Best Buy it helps a lot when the product is expensive. But I do plan on buying future products with Best Buy because of this. I have been using this ring for over six months now and I have nothing but positive things to say. I will gladly give a positive review on this product because it helped change my life. Thanks to this or a ring it’s giving me new insight to my body and overall health. It’s super cute and very accurate. I think it is so much better than the Apple Watch since there isn’t complete connection to your phone’s notifications.

I’ve been using the Oura Ring 4 for a few weeks now, and it’s hands down the best wearable I’ve tried. The sleep tracking is insanely accurate — it picks up on even small changes in my routine and gives actionable insights. I’ve started optimizing my bedtime and noticed real improvements in energy and focus during the day. The readiness score has also been a game-changer. It helps me balance training and recovery way better than before. I also love how sleek and low-profile the ring is — no bulky smartwatch, no distractions. Battery life is excellent, the app is intuitive, and I appreciate the emphasis on both physical and mental wellness. It feels like having a personal health coach on my finger. Highly recommended if you’re serious about understanding your body and optimizing your daily performance.

Overall, I love it. I also have an Apple Watch but I like the accurate sleep tracking, the integration with an FDA approved non invasive or hormonal birth control app but keep in mind it’s $150 a year for that part, the actual ring itself isn’t as much of a disturbance thickness wise as I thought as well. I also kind of trained the finger I was going to wear it on by wearing a solid ring for a while before I got this to make sure I’d actually consistently wear it and get my moneys worth and didn’t just want it for the jewelry part lol. It charges really fast and I only charge about once a week. It tracks stress really well and has good temperature detection. I don’t wear a cover on it because it makes the ring look bigger and I like the jewelry look of it and all jewelry gets a little dinged up and scratched but it’s not terrible so far. I’ve warm it snorkeling in La Jolla, working out with an added workout cover for rings, showering everyday, putting on lotion and pretty much any daily thing you can think of and it’s going strong. I’m happy with my purchase and it’s very insightful.

I first chose the size 11 ring because I tried on at the store and it fit fine. I got it and after wearing for a day it was way too big. I then ordered a size 10 and that is better. So far I like the ring but I need more time with it. It tells me when I am stressed, which is why I purchased the ring and to track my sleep. I would much rather wear the ring at night than the watch. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that I feel the subscription to the app charges each month for the App. This is the only smart ring that I know of that charges a fee for a subscription.since I purchased the rose gold ring I bought a silicone clear ring guard to protect the finish of the ring.

Overall I love the ring. It keeps track of your heart rate, your sleeping, cardiovascular age and your overall readiness for the day. If you want you can keep track of workouts and even diet. It does cost 5.99 a month to keep track of this all but I think it’s worth every penny. Are you on the verge or do you have sleep apnea? This will definitely help and tell you what it sees when you are sleeping. Lastly the battery life on it is amazing, for me it has lasted about 7-10 days no charge and it probably could have lasted longer I just like my things to be charged.

I’ve waited the 60+ days to get all the features that come along with the Oura ring. I have loved all the cycle features being 5 months postpartum they help me naturally track. The sleep feature is great, yet again having a 5 month old it’s always interesting to see the sleep stretches we get at night! I did have to exchange my first ring with a new size and it was easy and fast! Overall very satisfied with my purchase!

I’ve own an Apple Watch and Fitbit I decided I wanted something minimalist. The battery life averages around 5-6 days. Like others have stated the sleep tracking is where the Oura ring really shines. I shower with it fully water resistant. You’ll definitely want to pay the extra for the subscription so you have access to all the features and there are many.
