I love how it tracks everything! I have two littles at home and not the best taking care of myself with running around after them so it helps me track kind of what I have done during the day.

Good ring and seems pretty accurate. I put a cover over it and it does make it bigger but keeps it protected. Battery last about 5 days and charges in under two hours. I would recommend this product.

I got these for the whole family. Easier to wear to bed and monitor sleep patterns. A lot great and fun insight to your life. Counts steps, provides meditations suggestions, etc. Battery life is almost 2 weeks!

I bought this for my husband. He loves the Oura. He recently had an issue with it (Oura warranty was great to work with) and he was really concerned about not having it working properly for a few days.

I was a bit worried about another subscription, but the insights on the app are worth paying for, if what you’re looking for is the ability to understand your body more. A bit annoying to work out with if you tend to grip weights hard. Might have to size up if your hands tend to swell throughout the day.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She seems to really enjoy it. Seems to accurately track her sleep and many other things. She came down with a cold and it knew her body was under stress.

Absolutely love! I loved my Apple Watch for all the tracking of my health and fitness but never loved the bulk of it on my wrist. The ring is just so simple and easy and does all the same tracking but more in depth.

The best to track sleep, heart rate and any health. Way more accurate than any of the other health tracking devices. Love how long it could go without charging for days.

So far I like it a lot. I've had sleep issues and this has been very good at keeping a sleep record for me. Including heart monitoring. My pulse drops low when You sleep, but not too low thank God.
