I got this for my boyfriend as a graduation and he loved this it helps track sleep and his calories and workout !

The Oura ring can be helpful in tracking different health data... if you can find your size. The company doesn't offer half sizes and the ring itself is quite bulky. Naturally, our body swells so I've heard of people switching fingers all of the time. Personally, I want something I can leave on, not worry about and stick to having it on one finger that I feel most comfortable in. I worried a lot about getting the ring stuck and the sizes never truly fit me-- either too small or too large. I notice there was also gaps in the data at times. The material is also prone to scratches. Sure you can put a cover on it, but it does make it even bulkier. If you can find a size that fits you, I'm sure it'll work out great for you.

I have both whoop and the ring. Inhave to say both have great functionailty snd seamless and i amnleaning towards the ring juse to to easily being able to take off a ring than wrist band andnthey have comparable numbers!

Reading up on this ring as much as I could before I purchased it was one thing, but going to a Best Buy store and hearing a sales person tell you about it, was better than just reading about it.

I love all it can do, but it scratches easily. I wish I didn’t wear it all the time.

I love this ring. I love seeing my sleep scores and activity. It detected minor signs of strain in my body and two days later I was sick with a double ear infection and strep throat.
