    I love this ring. I love seeing my sleep scores and activity. It detected minor signs of strain in my body and two days later I was sick with a double ear infection and strep throat.

    Love the features and battery life is pretty good. Can go days without charging. After just a few months of having the gold version of the ring a lot of scratches and more tarnished than I thought it would have. Still would buy again.

    I loved my Oura ring. I have a hard time sleeping and knowing I got X amount of hours, specifically under 7, it forces me to try and sleep more when my score is low. It helped me prioritize that and definitely just overall rest when it detected stress on my body. Very insightful.
