It’s just “okay”. I don’t see the value in having it, especially if you have an Apple Watch. Also, the ring scratches very easily … the paint comes off easily.

This is truly one of the best purchases I have made! The health information I have received from my Oura ring has been very helpful and has guided me to make better decisions for my health.

I had Gen 3 for a year and upgraded. My biggest dissatisfaction is how you have to constantly adjust the positioning to align the sensors. Rings rotate throughout the day, leaving the sensors misaligned and not providing accurate readings. After every hand wash and throughout the day I have to adjust it. They should add the sensors throughout the ring. Oura needs to stop trying to be an activity tracker and add the sleep sensors throughout the inside of the ring so we can just wear it and never think about it. All the professional reviewers agree this is an excellent sleep tracker, but nowhere near a good activity tracker. Once Oura focuses on just tracking sleep, I think the ring and features will be better. I am also worried about the gaskets falling apart like it has been happening to many customers.

App is difficult to understand but ring is nice. Will have to see in time.

Loved it but lost it cause I took it off in my house and there's no way to call it like a phone. Very sad about that but loved it.

Excelent. I got it for my kid, and he loves it. Sleeps with it all nights and gets him the right information. He later uses the data to improve his gym routine as well.
