    The ring holds promise, but its large size causes it to catch on things. That along with the yearly cost for complete information caused me to return the ring.

    I was denied a size exchange for an unopened Oura Ring and told to return and repurchase instead. The repurchase price was $150 higher. An exchange for the same item in a different size should not cost more, especially when the package was never opened. Best Buy and Oura should have exceptions in place to prevent this type of issue.

    It’s a nice tool to use if you don’t already own something similar like the iwatch I think it’s overpriced for what it’s used for and acts more like an accessory than a tool in my opinion.
