Best Buy doesn't honor Black Friday pricing on a size exchange for the same product. Extremely disappointing business practice and I see no reason to ever shop with them again

Cool item but biometrics do not seem accurate with Apple watch and phone

Each of my rings have not performed, My ring now has a 2-day battery life, a far cry from the 8 days advertised, and it has only been 7 months. Moreover, Aura is ignoring warranty claims, now numbering 3 attempts to contact them with all pertinent information, including receipt, serial number purcahse date. CRICKETS! be advised.

Ring did not work right out of the box. Got in touch with Oura and they e mailed me saying they would get back to me in a couple of days. Too much money to not work properly! Immediately returned back to Best Buy!

Went to the store in NYC, Had my credit card in person. Shipped to my NYC address, for some reason Best Buy CANCELLED my order with no explanation

Ok I wish I could leave a good review but unfortunately I cannot. Mine was supposed to be delivered today but instead I received an empty box. Beware of ordering online bc I’m not sure if I’ll ever shop at Best Buy again. Customer service said it will take a few days for the investigation and here I sit spending this money on something that didn’t show up.

I returned one of these. I don’t know why I’m getting charged.

Purchased it for a cheaper couple days ago but bought the wrong size and came to exchange but charged me extra $150 due to not being the exact same size.

My ring worked great for two months. Then it suddenly stopped. No damage, just stopped collecting data. I could connect by bluetooth but it showed no data for weeks. I contacted customer support, they agreed to exchange it within a week, but that was over 3 weeks ago. Now they ignore me. Terrible customer service and low quality product.

Poor service. I bought Oura ring in October 11,2025 they do not price match! This is my second Oura ring and I buy a lot of items from Best Buy but they do not care for good customers! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

giant piece of annoying crap that charges you monthly!!! Very inaccurate. Too big to wear to the gym, amd yet it supposed to keep track of your health. Makes no sense. DO NOT BUY THIS FOR ANY REASON!!

Wanted something that would track my sleep and health. Does more than expected. It’s comfortable and discrete. I wear it on my wedding ring finger as I don’t like the bulkiness of smart watches. The battery last a full week.

I like it but it doesn’t track my workouts which is the reason I bought it. I don’t know if mines defective but it’s kinda useless to me now. The other features are nice I just wouldn’t have paid so much if I knew it wasn’t gonna track my workouts.

I purchased two rings, one for me and one for a friend. After three weeks, friends ring was dying within a day, and now wont charge. My ring just died a couple days ago and wont charge, completely bricked. Support is unhelpful and overwhelmed with complaints. I dont even know if I want a replacement now, I just want a refund.

You have to oay fir a subscription its not too much its 6.99 but i mena the ring itself cost alot already why keep paying for something every month and they don’t advertise that like you literally ahve to pay it in order for you to use the fearures calories steps and most importantly sleep i returned it

bought my ring May 28, so I’ve had it less than a year doesn’t hold a charge for more than a day anymore. Also doesn’t tell me when it’s about to die.

Great while it lasts, my Husband and I both bought one less than a year ago, his no longer charges, and mine doesn't even hold a charge for 24 hours
