Works great-great for sleep tracking. Not so great for excercise/steps but withing 10/15%. Works well with the Galaxy watch and good for those with other products in the Samsung ecosystem. Open box price-point was good for me. New too expensive as Oura has more features.

The Oura ring gives me great insight into my sleep and daily stress. It also tracks my activity, and I am able to log my meals. It is great for getting a better understanding of your overall health. I don't like that you have to pay for a subscription to be able to use the ring, that is the only downside

motivates me to take better care of myself and get the rest i need. it seriously is a game changer. it even told me when i was getting sick and suggested i focus on rest and recovery.

The product was everything it advertises about. Quick, easy set up. Performs outstanding, providing extreme detail on areas related to every subject covered.

I was not sure if I would get used to it because it is bigger than I expected but I absolutely LOVE it! I love the information I'm getting every day about my health and sleep patterns.

Honestly the ring has been the best thing to purchase. I don’t care about the subscription because it is super cheap every month. It tells me so much about my heart and my activity levels. The sleep tracking is amazing, if you are one to want to improve your sleep. I just recommend this to everyone.

The ring is super cool doesn’t seem to track burned calories accurately. But it does track sleep well. I've had a whoop before & I would say it tracks sleep slightly better. Only downside is it’s not really great at tracking lifts, & forms of workouts.

I bought the Oura 4 Ring to monitor my vitals. I bought the sizer kit first as recommended. I couldn't decide whether to go with the size 12 or 13. 12.5 would have been perfect but they they don'e make half sizes. Oura recommends going with the small size if your between sizes so I bought the 12. I found out after wearing it a while that it leaves an indentation around my finger and is not very comfortable. Now I'm stuck with it because it got some small scratches on the underside. My recommendation is to go with the size that is comfortable without spinning on your finger. Other than that I do like the ring. It monitors my sleep patterns and heart rate and lets you set activity goals and monitors your heart rate during workouts. The app also gives you recommendations to help you keep on track of your health goals. You do have to get the app and pay for a subscription but it's only $6/month so not bad.

Great purchase. I have been using it every day since i bought it. Very informative helps me measure sleep. I have sleeping issues, keeps me more active. Would suggest it to anyone.

Fit is smaller than the sizing band in store, but great software and tracking accuracy.

Love it. Great color and fit but the fast charge, long charge life, and collective data it provides is amazing and is offering me new perspective on habits!

It gives good insights, and so far it appears to be tracking my sleep properly! Not a huge fan of the subscription required even to use the ring, and calorie tracking doesn't appear to be very accurate. It doesn't feel durable or comfortable to wear while lifting weights or golfing. However, the main reason I got the ring is to track my sleep and stress, so it works well in that area. The ring charges really quickly and hasn't had any issues with the battery life.

Interesting but not earth shattering. The sleep tracking is best but once you see the patterns after several weeks, there isn’t much helpful new info. It confirms you sleep better when you don’t drink alcohol, eat late heavy meals or stress out before bed. Not surprising. The activity tracking is not super accurate and requires manual adjustments that are a hassle and therefore easy to ignore. Also need to remove the ring for weight and resistance training to avoid scratching it, so that results in some missing data.

I’ve been really impressed with this ring so far. The sleep tracking is very accurate and the insights are easy to understand. I especially like how comfortable it feels — I barely notice I’m wearing it. The battery life is great and the design looks sleek and modern. Definitely worth it if you care about tracking your health in a simple way.
