It is a little too bulky and the oura app is easy to follow. I’m not sure if I would recommend to a friend just yet. I need a little mire time wearing it and using the app.

It's really convenient comparing to other smart wearable devices. Love the sleep and stress features, simple, clear and straightforward.

It is a really Great smart ring. The app is also very good. I would have given it 5 stars, but the ring can be a little uncomfortable at times, And it also got scratched up in my first week of wearing it, It takes a little bit of getting used to. Which is probably to be expected It.

The Oura ring provides excellent insights into sleep patterns, activity, stress, and health. It continuously monitors breathing, heart rate and latency in terms of HRV and sleep to monitor signs on stress and any indicators that may need attention.

I bought it as a gift and the person loved it. It will monitor her health all day and alert them to any deficiencies when necessary. It was recommended by an endocrinologist.

Amazing tracks all my health and charge it once a week

Sizing rings seem to be a but smaller than actual ring size. I wore an 8 in sizing kit rings but my size 8 oura ring is definitely bigger. The sizing kit would often run sung to make me question sizing up, glad i didnt. Now im having to ys lasux and its making it even looser

Love it! I’m still learning what all it does. Keeps up with my sleep which is why I bought it. Helps me keep up with my sleep apnea, my steps, my stress levels and a whole lot more. Even tells me when I’m sick before I know it. Very happy with my ring.

Love the metrics and dont have to sleep in my watch. I charge it once a week while I get ready for work and otherwise forget I am wearing it. The app is slick! Love the sleep and stress metrics.
