    Does what its supposed to. Good battery life. I just recommend you actually buy the ring sizer and use that for a day or two before making your purchase.

    It’s strange you can hear from a lot of close people, that you need to slow down, even your own body tries, but you just go because that’s life. Then all of the sudden the ring has read your levels and the really good app (you have to pay for the app) tells you to slow down and all of the sudden you listen. I wanted a device that gathers a lot of information and suggests things for change. I bought exactly what I wanted and more.

    Its a very interesting ring and it has several features. It is similar to a fitbit but i think more accurate. Its nice to have the oxygen level, glucose level, and the advisor to suggest things.

    As someone who has never worn a ring the idea of wearing one 24/7 has actually been pretty easy to get through. The ring is stylish which helps and almost elevates all my outfits the more I wear it. I loveee the sleep data and the wayy that it syncs workouts.
