Comfortable enough and syncs well with apple watch activities. Love that it calculates BMR and total calories burned. Paying for a monthly subscription is frustrating considering how expensive the device itself is & how limited/poor the included warranty. I’ve had it three weeks and it seems to be holding up well to a lot of handwashing and sanitizers. Please try the sizing kit first…you do have to wear it snugger than you would think to get consistent data!

Works perfect for keeping track of my daily routine

I got this ring with the intention of monitoring my sleep and daily habits after retiring my fitness watch for a bit. It’s definitely less intrusive and more practical for my day to day lifestyle than my apple watch and I find myself paying less attention to my devices than before without the ‘ring completion’ notifications. I’m able to more calmly pace myself with my regards to how it will affect the rest of my week rather than trying to beat myself up with trying to complete goals even at my most exhausted. It’s definitely allowed me to become more aware of myself and my idiosyncrasies towards my general health and if they’re able to successfully implement the meal category of documenting them, that is currently on beta, I think it will be even more helpful because i’d be able to cut out yet another app and reason to spend longer on my phone. I wasn’t hoping for a life altering event when planning to get an Oura Ring, so I think if the person purchasing one goes into this experience with patience and an open mind they’ll find it more rewarding than originally expected. What a lovely piece of tech, I hope it doesn’t fall apart lol

Worked as intended but subscription required for all metrics and data. Scratches easily and noticeably. Functionally works well.

It was the perfect gift for monitoring the health. Definitely its a great inversion if you wanna be looking for better health personal care.

It’s okay, scratches easily and I don’t know if there isn’t enough info or if I haven’t spent enough time with the app to understand the true value. You don’t get notifications for high heart rate or anything concerning unless it’s out of the ordinary for your body. Which if you always have higher readings or something you’ll not get notified. Overall it’s cute but I’m not sure it’s worth what you pay.

I received it on release day. It’s only been a few hours since I have had it. But I love how there is no longer any bumps inside. It appers thiner, and well constructed. I love the silver, it looks so good with my white gold jewelry! So far no complaints!

It’s great! I wanted it to track my sleep mostly and it’s been very accurate. However, it is easy to scratch if you gym but we bought silicone covers off Amazon and it works fine.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas and bought myself the Samsung Ring. Now we have a time in the morning comparing stats and are able to make adjustments to our sleep time to have a little better wellness.
