Great wearable device. Good sizing options and easy application.

Mine stopped giving the sleep and readiness score on the 15th day and so I returned it. I tried all the troubleshooting steps too but the sleep scores and readiness scores were why I bought it in the first place. otherwise it's pretty cool tech

Purchased it for my fiancée and we tried the sizing kit but it seemed to fit differently then what the sizing kit recommended. She was in between the sizes so didn’t feel comfortable enough to wear it. We ended up returning it and didn’t get the chance to fully try out the features.

I really like having access to all the information on the app. At night, it does glow red or green while I stir, but I've gotten used to it. Charge it up during my shower and good to go. I see my data for the day before and if I had a good day, I try to replicate it.

I really like it. The App is great, it registers well and it looks good too.

My review is for the customer service at the Dickson City PA location. The manager Mike was so unbelievably rude to me when I came in to try and exchange my item. I was originally told there would be no problem if I wanted to exchange for a different size. That was not the case and upon attempting the exchange I was told by Mike “oh well too bad, not my problem”. I was less than a week outside the 14 day exchange window (which I was never notified about). I was specifically told the window was 30 days at the time of purchase. Mike had no sympathy for the fact that I spent a lot of money (for myself) on a gift and now was stuck with an expensive item that did not fit. After this awful customer service experience, I drove over 45 minutes to the store in Wilkes Barre, where the manager had no problem giving me a full refund. I will NEVER shop at Best Buy again because of this experience!

Love the ring but the rose color turned like copper

I picked up my ring from best buy after purchasing through Oura. After one week the ring completely died. Will not charge and is dead and useless. Did all the steps to try and reset it with no luck. Only way to contact Oura is via a chatbot then email. Initially, it was determined it was a hardware failure and they were sending me a replcement. A week goes by with no update as to the replacement being shipped. I go through the chatbot and email process again, and recieved an email that the size and color of the ring is out of stock (yet you can still order it online through Oura or Best Buy for same day pick up). I responded saying that this is unacceptable and my email was “escalated” and now havent heard anytning in almost a week. So now ive been with an expensive useless ring. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I would not recommend the ring to anyone especially since their customer service is non-existant and they clearly dont stand behind their product. Hopefully i can get a refund instead of a replacememt because this product is terrible.
