Works great , easy to use, great health tool but that being said, it scratches way too easily, learned about the silicone covers way too late. Also, after several months, the battery started going south, from about 9 days of charge, down to a day and a half. Luckily I purchased the Best Buy protection plan and traded it in for a new one….and yes, bought the protection plan again.

Purchased this ring and love it. Very comfortable and stylish. Seemed pretty accurate. Biggest downfall for me and reason why I returned the ring was because of the subscription fee. $5.99 a month doesn’t seem too expensive but like many others have said, after the cost of the ring and the monthly fee couldn’t justify keeping it

Overall, I'm pretty happy with my Oura Ring 4. It's sleek, comfortable, and offers useful insights into my sleep and recovery. Occasionally, heart rate readings seem slightly off, but generally, the accuracy is good. Battery life holds up nicely too. It’s a bit pricey, but definitely worthwhile for health tracking enthusiasts.

The Oura ring has been great so far. The battery life is impressive-it last several days, so no need to charge it every night. It gives details about your sleep including the different stages. It also tracks your stress and overall health providing education on improving your health based on your scores. The only downside is that I think I bought a size too big, even though I tried the sizing kit beforehand. Other than that, it is super easy and convenient to use.

This ring is amazing, it can track everything you are doing during the day and specially during the night when you are sleeping. It look really good on the gold color and feels good when you are wearing it!

My wife is obsessed ! It has been helpful with tracking her sleep and energy levels after having two babies. She loves it ! She charges it whenever she has a chance and the battery lasts for what feels like weeks ! Wears every day and feels like natural jewelry.

Love my oura ring! The battery lasts so long but after a year or so it does need to be charged more often. Love how it tracks my sleep amongst other things always look forward to checking it in the morning.

The ring is surprisingly comfortable durable a very long battery life. It has opened my eyes to my sleeping habits, as well as to my lifestyle.

One of the best things I have invested in for myself. Tracking my sleep has helped me stay on track. The ring seems very accurate and stays charged for a week. To charge from 10% to 100% battery it takes roughly 45 mins to one hour.

The fit is good, and the battery life is great! It is a little bulky and takes some getting used to, but I like the insights that it gives. I don't like that I have to subscribe to the service in order to use it when some of the newer rings on the market are free to use.

Awesome insight to your personal health. Great for women while tracking their cycle, and the stress monitoring and cardiovascular health tracking is very insightful. Long battery life, I maybe charge mine every 3rd or 4th day of use. Charges fully in about 30 minutes. I work in the medical field, and I’m constantly washing my hands throughout the day with no interruption or malfunctioning in the Oura ring readings. I do recommend wearing on your non dominant hand if it’s comfortable for you to avoid scratches on the finish. I have wore my ring on both the index and middle finger depending on comfort and activities for the day, and readings are always in sync. Highly recommended and great purchase for your money if you’re interested in self health study.

I love this ring. The fit is perfect and so comfortable to wear. Well made and looks really nice on. I got the rose gold and its beautiful. Its a really useful tool to stay on track with all your goals.

Works well, better then apple watch. I have had no issues with it at all. I have also done yard work and other things with it and it is still in one piece. I am impressed. I only pop it on the charger when I shower and back on when out more as a place to put it when I shower. I have not received a battery low and have had it for several months now.
