The Oura ring is good when you want to know all your body insights. It’s good for sleep, stress, readiness, and heart rate. I went into the store which I highly recommend to get the right size, the band with is thick so you might need to size up. The ring is ok for workouts but doesn’t really give you that many insights like an Apple Watch would. For example if you run a lot and want to track distance, it won’t show you that in the app. It will show you the zone your heart rate was in and how many calories were burned. The ring also tracks temperature and if you’re using it for cycle synchronization it’s good with that!

this has been a game changer; I don't like wearing things on my wrist at night. so this has been a great addition for all day and night wear. this has helped me be more aware of when I should be going to bed at night. I like that recently have been a little under the weather and there are tags you can add to let the ring know why you're not feeling well. I really like the combination of wearing the ring and a smartwatch during the day. this is slim enough that I don't really know I'm wearing it; would buy again

I jumped from an apple watch to the ring. I feel the ring tracks and provides more information. I absolutely recommend to anyone who is on the fence for it!!

I purchased it for the depth of insight it provides. From sleep tracking to heart rate variability (HRV), body temperature trends, and readiness scores. I’ve found myself making better decisions around rest, workouts, and recovery based on the daily feedback. If you're someone who values data-driven wellness or just wants to be more in tune with your body, I highly recommend the Oura Ring.

Oura Ring 4 is incredible. This is my third, I had a Gen 3 and then upgraded to a Gen 4 in Stealth…I’m so happy with the tools and tracking that I decided to get one in a brushed silver color. I’ve bought them for my entire family and all agree this is a winner.

Works great-great for sleep tracking. Not so great for excercise/steps but withing 10/15%. Works well with the Galaxy watch and good for those with other products in the Samsung ecosystem. Open box price-point was good for me. New too expensive as Oura has more features.

Lighweight. Accurate. Long battery life. So many stats available. Wish there wasnt a membership, but it makes sense since they're constantly updating their tech.

Excellent ring. Not heavy at all and besides the fact it does scratch easily it does work wonders for you health. It’s a good device to track your sleep as it’s really accurate. I love the ring

Love my Oura ring. Battery life is fantastic, and it charges quickly. I forget it’s even on my finger, it’s not bothersome like some other options for health tracking I have tried. The monthly fee is minimal and well worth it.

I bought the Oura 4 Ring to monitor my vitals. I bought the sizer kit first as recommended. I couldn't decide whether to go with the size 12 or 13. 12.5 would have been perfect but they they don'e make half sizes. Oura recommends going with the small size if your between sizes so I bought the 12. I found out after wearing it a while that it leaves an indentation around my finger and is not very comfortable. Now I'm stuck with it because it got some small scratches on the underside. My recommendation is to go with the size that is comfortable without spinning on your finger. Other than that I do like the ring. It monitors my sleep patterns and heart rate and lets you set activity goals and monitors your heart rate during workouts. The app also gives you recommendations to help you keep on track of your health goals. You do have to get the app and pay for a subscription but it's only $6/month so not bad.

I got this for my wife and she absolutely loves this. The ring has provided her enough details with regard to health, to the point where she has become physically active.

This is my second ring purchase, they are great and accurate.
