    The ring is comfortable and I do not feel like it scratches easily. Only charge it about 1-2 times in about 7 days. Love the sleep tracking and tagging patterns for when I am stressed!

    My review is based on my personal experience, but my purchase was based upon my daughter's recommendation! I read reviews prior to purchasing also. It has helped me to monitor my overall health, heart and exercise! I have also had the best experience with our Best Buy salesperson who also said I would be happy and he was correct! I would highly recommend it. MY ONLY CONCERN IS THE RING GETS FINE SCRATCHES!

    Ive had the oura since March of this year. It does take a couple of weeks to get all the data, but, it’s helpful, comfortable, and does everything you need it to do. You do need a paid subscription for the app which is a reasonable yearly fee. The watches are too bulky. The ring is perfect.

    Absolutely love this ring , the features are great only con so far that yes it is subscription based. It feels premium , looks premium , and people have definitely noticed this new accessory on me. I been asked so many time about my experience with it and its only been one week. If you pair this with other fitness tech that can shear data with each other then it helps you be even more on top of your health. Is it needed? Honestly no but you can say that about fitness tech. At the end of the day food and exercise with more concentration on what you put in your body or fuel your body is more important than tech.

    Had for a month now and have been loving it, the app makes it so easy to see everything and even picked up when I was getting sick. The battery lasts for days have only charged it like 2 times and it charges quick!

    This is a nice way to stealthily track your activities / sleep without needing something large on your wrist. It doesn't emit too much light, but there is some light you can see from under the ring, but it hasn't bothered my sleeping yet like my watch did.
