I love the ring, still getting used to it on my finger because it is so bulky. Not 100% sure the sleep tracking is accurate but i do find it insightful

I love that it tracks everything. Reminds ypu to stand up and walk as well as when its time to start getting ready for bed. I sized up 1 from my normal ring size. My fingers tend to swell so sizing up was a must for me.

Love the Oura ring. Sets up pretty easily and the sleep and vitals tracking is amazing. The battery can last a week or so, which is awesome.

So far, so good. The ring is still collecting information to understand my activity & provide more comprehensive reporting. The data so far seems accurate. Noticeable exception is that it seems to record 1/2 as many steps per day compared to my Fitbit 6.
