Works great as expected!! Battery lasted for a good decent time as well

My son loves his Oura ring. He said he didn’t need one, but now he uses it every day! The perfect gift for a fitness buff.

The Oura Ring 4 works great. It makes it easier to track all activities including sleep. Since purchased I have been able to loose 10 pounds by increasing my movement and decreasing my intake. It lets you to record actives and Log meals.

Overall very comfortable and does give useful health data. I do use a silicone cover while working out which is recommended

This purchase was for my daughter. She loves it. Says it is very comfortable and attractive. She is learning all of the functions and loves the data it provides.

!! BEWARE !! THE SIZER IN STORE FOR THIS PRODUCT RUNS 1 SIZE SMALLER THAN ACTUAL RINGS. I purchased size 10 after trying the sizers in store. Once I got home the product didn’t fit at all. I had to return and get one size larger. The product has about a three day battery life but charges very quickly. I often put it on the charger while I’m cooking dinner or take my evening shower. The durability I would say is OK. It has been about a month and there’s already surface scratches on the product which is a little disappointing. I would’ve expected a higher quality material to be more resistant to daily use. Overall, it’s one of the best on the market. The biggest downside was inaccurate sizers provided in store or their sizing kits that you can buy. It makes absolutely zero sense for a company to have this product at such a high price point, but then failed to provide accurate sizes

Great product. Very informative data to see how you sleep and move throughout the day. Comfortable and battery life is good for 3-4 days.

Im in love with my oura ring. Hands down much better than an apple watch. I love tracking my sleep, and my active calories that im burning through the day. I mainly use this for sleep and tracking my periods, It lets me know exactly the date that i will be expecting it. Lots of people say that its bulky but it just another staple ring i wear everyday!

I bought this for my dad and he absolutely loves it. He was using his phone before to calculate his steps but boy was he shocked by how many more steps he actually did when wearing this ring and leaving phone behind/charging/etc. It also tells him when to rest and his sleep - he just loves it. So happy as he is a hard person to buy for.

My boyfriend uses his Oura ring every day and I never see him without it on. He loved tracking his sleep and daily activities.

The charge lasts long where I dont have to worry about always charging it.

My Daughter loves this ring. It was a perfect Christmas gift. Something she really wanted and gives me piece of mind that it will allow her to track her health.

Wanted to love this ring but ended up returning after 3 weeks. It does not accurately catch exercise and thought I was sleeping when I was not. It was comfortable but possibly too loose, maybe would be more accurate if tight, but I would only take the gamble if you are okay with having to return. It is easy to setup and charges quickly, nice look, just wish it was more accurate.

So far so good! Starts giving sleep metrix after first use but heart stats are collected after several days - am still contrasting between another body capture item I use but so far Oura appear a bit more detailed

I love it! After months of research, I knew I wanted this ring and in gold. I’m pleased with his features and definitely an added benefit to monitor my stress level and identify triggers that cause it.
