Works great, love it would recommend to others to buy

Generally wry happy with my oura ring don’t leave my house without! It tracks absolutely everything that I need throughout my day to day life and helps me slow down when I am a bit more stressed. I will say 8 months in the battery didn’t work

Absolutely love this product. It’s been life changing for me to see everything it tracks and how compatible it is with so many apps to help stay in line and keep track of health. I’ve been more aware of my stress levels, sleep, and readiness! I’m so glad I finally bought it!

Wifes loves this thing, helps her be more mindful of her health. Tracks a lot of things that watches do not even seem to do these days which is a plus.

So far, so good. I’ve only had the ring for about three weeks, but I love the health insights it gives me. I find the sleep, stress and heart rate values particularly helpful. It is a rather large ring for a woman, and I honestly thought about sending it back for the first week, because it just felt so bulky. Fortunately, I stuck it out, and I am now used to how it feels.

The Oura ring can be helpful in tracking different health data... if you can find your size. The company doesn't offer half sizes and the ring itself is quite bulky. Naturally, our body swells so I've heard of people switching fingers all of the time. Personally, I want something I can leave on, not worry about and stick to having it on one finger that I feel most comfortable in. I worried a lot about getting the ring stuck and the sizes never truly fit me-- either too small or too large. I notice there was also gaps in the data at times. The material is also prone to scratches. Sure you can put a cover on it, but it does make it even bulkier. If you can find a size that fits you, I'm sure it'll work out great for you.

Perfect option to review the health and sleep status.

I’ve been using this for about a month. It does a great job giving me an idea of how my sleep has been and if I have any breathing irregularities. My main issue is that you can’t edit an activity from a previous day. It does a good job of recognizing when you are working out but sometimes it gets the length of the workout wrong. If you don’t edit it that day then you can’t the following day. Others have complained about this as well. Hopefully a software update will fix this oversight at some point.

Absolutely love my ring... hoping to get the ceramic model next.

I think everyone needs one of these it should be standard. Healthy and especially if you healthy you needs to get this it can save your life. It monitors your health. This already save one of my friends doctors couldn’t fine anything out the ring as telling them something was off and sure enough they found she had cancer. Just saying that’s how a little thing like this can save your life.
