Once I was able to get the correct size it’s been great! The longer you wear it the more intuitive it gets which is nice. It’s also very comfortable for wearing while sleeping!

Love my ring although steps are not 100% accurate, that’s not a problem from me though. My favorite things about this is the symptom radar. It notified me 3 days before I even showed any symptoms that’s I was getting sick.

I love my oura ring, it gives great health insights. Definitely size up, so you dont have to worry about finger swelling while sleeping. It also takes awhile for it to configure to your body, so you wont have a lot of insights right away. However, definitely worth the wait!

Great product. It’s very helpful and motivating to fix your sleep schedule. Battery lasts forever. If you don’t like smart watches this is the product for you. Try it you won’t be disappointed. Make sure you get the right size! Only con is the monthly app fee it’s like $6 but worth it to me.

I use it everyday no issues. Battery last a long time and it looks great.

I purchased the Oura - Ring 4 - Smart Ring for my wife as an adjunct tool to monitor her cardiac rhythm. She wore a Holter Monitor prescribed by her physician for 2 weeks, and I also purchased an Apple Watch Ultra for her to monitor her cardiac rhythm. The Ring 4 is the easiest to wear, charge, and monitor via its app. As her husband physician it was the simplest device to track for her. Now that she no longer needs it, I wear the ring on a different finger, and I enjoy the physiologic insights it gives me about my body.

I love my Oura ring! It’s helped me become more self conscious about my health. The battery also lasts a long time.
