I’ve had this for about a month now, and I continue to learn more from it every day. It’s amazing how much information you can get. I truly enjoy reading the morning report each day. The sleep tracking is definitely accurate. I have a four-month-old son, and in the beginning I would check the times I was awake and compare them to what the app showed, and it was spot on. It also accurately tracks when I take walks. It even picks up when I’m doing housework or when work or home life is particularly stressful. While the app does have a cost, it’s minimal and honestly doesn’t matter much considering what you get. There’s a solid warranty plan, along with covers available if you’re worried about scratching. The battery life is WELL worth it, which is a huge reason I bought it. I was terrible about charging my Apple Watch, but now I just make charging this part of my Sunday routine. I don’t have to take it off to shower, swim, or do dishes. It stays on unless I’m charging it. One thing I will say: be VERY mindful of how you place the ring on the charger, or it can get stuck, and that is not fun at all. Other than that, it’s an amazing product with some pretty awesome information

I purchased my Oura Ring 4 - Smart Ring to track my overall health due to health issues. My Cartologist recommended that I needed two start tracking my metrics, in aiding in my health recovery. I love the following scores: readiness; sleep; activity; heart; and stress. It takes a full month of wear to get a full metrics of your health, activities, and patterns, It has really helped me look at when I'm stressed, which has really helped me at work. I use the sleep to track recovery and issues with my CPAP. In addition with my Our ring, I measure my blood pressure daily, which is directly tied to my sleep quality. As I've continued with my cardio program, it's been really cool monitoring my heart rate, sleeping and daytime to see how different events impact me. The readiness feature is really cool. because it can tell if my body is recovered enough for a hard workout of a simple 30 minute walk. It's also simple to keep charged, When I see that it's close to needing a charge, its super easy to put it on the charger while you shower and get ready for the day, As far as the finish, I went with the black and haven't had any issues with nicks or scratches since Christmas. I'm rough on rings during the summer so we'll see how it wears, I highly recommend the Oura Ring 4.

The fourth generation Oura ring is my third Oura ring and, I must say, they keep getting better and better. Pros: - This newest generation of the Oura ring has the longest battery life of any previous versions. I have gone four days and nights without charging and still had almost 50 percent battery. - They redesigned the charging base in a GREAT way. First, it's heavier than previous versions which is a much appreciated improvement since previous versions easily slid off my desk when taking the ring off or putting it back on. - You'll see in my pictures - the color variations have changed a little bit, too. My 3rd generation and 4th generation rings are both what Oura calls "Stealth," and you'll see it's a bit lighter in color. - The ring itself, although it appears bigger, weighs a little bit less. - The app provides a TON of valuable insights across a wide variety of health concerns. I use mine mainly for focusing on sleep, activity goals, stress management, and what they refer to as a Readiness Score. There are many, many other readings the Oura ring provides, but those are the key metrics I like to keep track of. - The app also integrates with Apple's Health app which provides even more information. Cons: - I dislike the monthly or annual fee. With a smart ring this expensive, I think the membership should come free with the ring - at least for a year or two. Overall, I'm thrilled with this latest iteration of the Oura ring and look forward to improving my health with its vast array of data points.

I was so impressed by this little device after using for a month that went i lost my first one i immediately went out to grab a replacement. Its easy to forget its there and requires very little charging (10 minutes a day at my desk keeps it topped off). Where this thing shines is the wealth of information it provides to the user. It seems i have made a very bad habit of ignoring what my body is trying to communicate and this is where oura comes in. It seems to know whenever i’ve over extended myself. of course i can feel my own body but before owning one id trudge through any soreness or stiffness not thinking that im overdoing it. Sleep tracking is amazing and considers other data streams to deduce other relevant stats/metrics that help me make more health cosncious decisions. Also want to point out that i used to work for fitbit and am familiar with their algos — oura beats theirs by a mile.

The Oura Ring is best for sleep, recovery, and overall wellness tracking — it does heart-rate/HRV, temperature, sleep stages, and gives “readiness” scores that help you see trends over time. It’s discreet, comfortable, and has long battery life (5–8 days) — much easier to wear 24/7 than a bulky smartwatch.

My first Oura Ring. I resisted due to the monthly fee. I tried others but honestly Oura is king in smart ring space. I see the monthly fee as the ability for Oura to continue to expand service and information to the ring to consistantly improve the product and service. The ring is not resilient - it definately shows ware much faster than other rings I have worn. Comfortable, light weight, and just works. App makes sense and delivers the information so you can understand.

I have genuinely been impressed on how accurate it is during sleep, steps, heart etc. It told me I was getting sick before feeling true symptoms. Forgo the charger on a 6 day trip an was perfectly fine. Have a group of friends in the circle suction and compete to get the best sleep score. Genuinely a great product. Better than Apple Watch by a lot. Cause you Don’t even know you have it on, last 5x as long. Do it for your health and sleep. Sleep function alone it’s worth it

I purchased the Oura Ring as a gift for my wife, and it has been an excellent experience from day one. She wears it daily and especially appreciates how comfortable and lightweight it is—she often forgets she even has it on. The sleep tracking has been the biggest standout feature, providing clear insights into sleep quality, readiness, and recovery that she actually finds useful and easy to understand. What we both like most is how the data feels practical rather than overwhelming. The app presents information in a simple, meaningful way that helps her make small adjustments to improve sleep and overall wellness. The battery life has also been impressive, lasting several days between charges. Overall, the Oura Ring feels like a thoughtfully designed product that delivers real value, and it’s been a gift that continues to be useful long after it was opened.

I like the Oura ring! It calculates my sleep, how ready I am for the day, and any changes in my body. Right now, the battery lasts about 4 days, so I charge it a few times per week. My biggest downfalls are that it’s itchy to my skin when worn overnight and too long during the day, so you need a break. It’s also easy to scratch, and given my occupation, I needed to buy covers to keep it safe. It also doesn’t calculate movement as great as my watch, which I wear on the same arm. Sometimes it gets confused when I’m burping my baby, and other times I’ve walked over a mile and it gathered less than a quarter of it, which I assume is due to me pushing a stroller.

Nice that you can get a sizing kit for free ($ applies to ring purchase). I picked one up and wore overnight, then got the ring. It's comfortable and looks nice. I wore it as alternative to wedding ring. Good to track sleep, and the app interface is great. Charged for a long time too. Overall really like it

Health data for those trying to live optimally

The Oura Ring is new to me. This is the 4th generation of this ring. I have been using an Apple Watch for five years, which I felt was an upgrade from what I used before that. I am a middle aged woman, who tries to maintain and do well in the aging process. I exercise almost daily and eat to be healthy. Can I do better? Of course. So I was curious about this Oura Ring and how it could help guide me and help me improve along with my Apple Watch. The ring itself is pretty comfortable. Before I received the ring, I did a bit of research on how to utilize it. Most people said they don’t wear the ring while working out, because it would get scratched up or worse, dented. So I don’t wear it while working out, unless I’m just walking or running, not while weightlifting. There is a ton of data that appears in the app. With the purchase of this ring, you get one month of the app. After that it costs $6 a month, probably add sales tax to that amount. There are many ways to read the data, and because it takes some time to get certain information, I don’t have all of my information, like cardiovascular age. I think I’ve been wearing the ring for 13 days. The app says it needs 1 more night of data to calibrate and give me that. I haven’t figured everything out yet, and for that reason, I can’t give 5 out of 5 stars yet. It might turn out to be the greatest thing ever for me, but not yet! Menopausal information: I’m past all of that pregnancy, fertility and cycle analyzing. Back then, this would have been amazing for all of that. Now I need to know more about this phase of my life. I may be wrong, but I don’t think the data does this, but it might be on the horizon. Adding activities in: I try to wear a weighted vest for an hour daily, if I can. I add it as an activity. But to do this I have to add it as “other” because of course, weighted vest wearing is not one of the activities in the list, but I do think it deserves to show as an activity. The sleep tracking data is really interesting to me, as many nights I wake up and have trouble falling back asleep, but there are nights where that doesn't happen. This is pretty interesting data to track over time. More comments about the Oura Ring itself. It is waterproof, so I don’t have to take it off whenever I wash my hands. But I don’t like the feeling of water under the ring, so I just pull the ring up on my finger and dry my finger underneath the ring area. I wear it on my non-dominant hand ring/ index finger, which is the recommended finger to wear it on. But after that finger the advice was to just wear it on whatever finger feels most comfortable to you. After 13 days of wearing it, I am comfortable with it on this finger. Even though I have my Apple Watch and the Oura ring, it isn’t too much information for me to look over. It is quite interesting, and it could possibly save my life someday, so I’ll continue to wear both devices.

Love the Oura Ring. I was hesitant to switch from my Apple Watch, but I am so happy I took the plunge. I don't love the monthly subscription model for the app, but ultimately this is exactly the kind of wearable tech I was looking for. The Oura Ring is discreet, has a great battery life, is comfortable, and gives me all the metrics I need without having constant phone notifications on my arm. Would absolutely recommend this. I also recommend stopping in person by a best buy and using the ring sizer at the store.

I bought this ring as a replacement for my old Oura ring due to battery life issues. I have so far had no problems with my new ring and I like the look of this color option more than the silver I used to own. Overall, I love using my ring to track my sleep, stress levels, and better understand my health.
