I absolutely love my ours ring! I will say, the battery does not last me 8 days though. I probably get 5-6 days. I got the brushed silver, but it does still show scratches. Other than that, it is very accurate and comfortable! This is my first ring and I feel like it is more accurate that my Apple Watch as far as activity is concerned. I recommend.

I like that it tracks a lot. It seems accurate when it comes to my steps, in comparison to my Apple Watch. I don’t like having to pay for a membership but it may be worth it in the long run

Absolutely love this product. Got it to connect with Natural Cycles and to help track my sleep. Would definitely recommend if you want to learn more about your body and to keep track of your cycles hormone free. Only have to charge about every 2-3 days.

My wife loves this ring, it tracks everything for her. From her calories, sleep cycle, stress and moods, arrhythmia and tachycardia, as well as her menstruation cycle. Men if you got a lady who tracks any of these things she will love you for it. For what it tracks and does, as well as style, it's worth the cost. Especially if your S/O cares about these things. (I promise you she does) Get it for her.

I upgraded from my Gen 3 I had for two years. This band is more comfortable and thinner. I’m not sure if it’s because I am now wearing it on the intended finger or because the ring is smarter but it senses even more accurately than the Gen 3. Oura does it best.

It gives a lot of important information. It’s fun. The only problem that I see is that you can wear it when you do the dishes or other things because it gets scratch too easily.

Best purchase I have gotten for myself in a very long time! You do have to pay for a Oura membership each year which I wish was free but besides that I love!!!

This ring has shown me so much insight on my body and things that I felt but never truly understood have been made more clear. Definitely a purchase I recommend. As well if you are thinking of getting off hormonal birth control the Natural cycle app has been a life changer to recovering my body after hormonal birth control effects. Love this ring!!

Im so happy i got this ring. I have a chronic pain condition and this ring is perfect for an overall wellness tracker. I’ve only had it for four months but it detects when my body is under stress from various ailments- the flu, nerve pain flare ups, ovarian cysts and migraines. It adjusts my activity goals based on my body’s readiness level. It even adjusted to match my night shift schedule. This ring is the perfect overall wellness tracker. My only regret is not buying it soon.

This concept is groundbreaking and helpful for people with and without chronic diseases. It can help you see when your body is under increased stress or chronically under stress so you can make modifications to your lifestyle. My only complaint is how easily the ring scratches.

This ring is a total game changer for tracking your sleep habits. I always liked getting my sleep updates from my Apple Watch but I never liked wearing it in bed. This thing is checks those boxes. A couple things…if you’ve done 3 minutes of reviewing the Oura Ring, you know that it comes with a monthly subscription. It stinks and we all wish the company would get rid of that. Luckily it’s HSA/FSA eligible so it helps soften the sting. Secondly, the lights in the ring are very visible at night so if you get distracted by little flashing lights at night, you may want to really consider staying away. Personally, I don’t think it’s enough to deter anyone from buying the ring but to each their own! Would buy this product again!

Great Ring. Holds up well when dinged up against things. And does a great job tracking health things and sleep!

I have a smart watch and smart glasses, but my favorite wearable is the Oura ring. Since it tracks recovery and readiness, it actually gives me more helpful information for my fitness, than anything. I use it as my wedding band.

I tried out the Oura ring for about a week. Seems to work well and track as our should. However, it's not comfortable. First, I used the in store fitting - it's not accurate. The ring was a bit too small but wearable. After a few days I noticed my finger turning white. The ring is also so thick that it constantly put pressure on the other fingers. I started to get bruising. Hopefully they'll fix this in the future, but I returned mine.

I’ve had this for a couple days now, but definitely helped me understand my sleep schedule already. I’ve heard a lot of things with the gold ring but the silver looks just as good !

I was hesitant about buying it but I love it so much! It has kept me on track with my rest & exercising.

The Oura Ring is amazing. It helps track my fitness, sleep and basal rates of metabolism and recovery. I am much more in tune with my health thanks to this device. Too bad Peter Thiel at Palantir has access to my data, but I digress. I sold my soul to big tech when I got my first iPhone in 2012 so, it's not really that a big deal to me lol. 10/10, highly recommend this product.

I absolutely loved this purchase. I was debating on it for months. It’s good on battery life and it’s such a good investment for you to have. I would recommend it for anyone especially those who are into health/ wellness.

Absolutely love this ring, got tired of wearing an Apple Watch or Garmin constantly and decided to swap over and so happy I did! Highly recommend for girlies to pair with Natural Cycles and look into the other integrations as well.
