    Absolutely love this ring! Great quality although the metal does show scratched pretty quickly. Oura also has excellent customer service- they’ve sent me a new ring when my problem couldn’t be fixed online.

    Better than I expected! You select a focus personalized to you so you are getting information tailored to your goals. The reminders are subtle and targeted. The battery life really lasts 1 week! The only downside is the small scratches on the bottom of the ring but they cannot be seen unless you are looking.

    Once you get past the bulky feeling, the Oura Ring 4 really feels like a constant health advisor that's available at quick glance.
