This is such a an awesome ring and concept. I'm new to smartrings :) I got brushed silver and the newest gen 4. It's so dang nice.

This ring helps you know what is going in your body!!! From sleep patterns, to activity levels to strains on your body. Highly recommend if you want an inside scoop.

If you are looking to choose between the samsung ring or Oura ring, choose the Oura ring. The app is very detailed when it comes to your workouts, sleep, daily life. It's also comfortable and it doesn't stand out when you are wearing it.

So far, what I expected... It tracks all I need, and definitely you dont even feel it... also looks really good

Returned this and got a bigger size but the battery life has not held up. Oura is sending a replacement but said it will come as refurbished and I'm not really excited about that so I will see if the new/used one preforms better, but otherwise love the ring. The customer service at my Best Buy was 100%!

Oddly enough the only *negative* I can say about this is to make sure you get the sizing kit and take time doing that properly so you get the right size the first time. As for the device and service, the insights it has provided into my sleep patterns, stress levels, and health have been eye opening. I have been able to correlate things I do throughout the day to how I sleep, feel, etc and subsequently made adjustments to my life and it has me feeling better than ever. I do wish it didnt have a subscription but that is the world we live in now. Luckily it isnt expensive in the grand scheme. I highly recommend.

It’s a good tracker just a little simpler than I would have hoped for the long awaited gen 4. It’s a better all around design but should have upgrade options for gen 3 holders. One gripe I have is the battery life is not 8 days. I have to charge it twice in 8 days so it’s kinda a let down. My gen 3 had better battery life and it’s 2 years older.

Good fit, bio feedback seems to be on point and matches up with my Garmin Tactix watch.
