Forget the performance and warranty on this ring

Moreover, Aura is ignoring warranty claims, now numbering 3 attempts to contact them with all pertinent information, including receipt, serial number purcahse date. CRICKETS! be advised.

I could connect by bluetooth but it showed no data for weeks. I contacted customer support, they agreed to exchange it within a week, but that was over 3 weeks ago. Now they ignore me. Terrible customer service and low quality product.

Beware of having shipped to home

Mine was supposed to be delivered today but instead I received an empty box. Beware of ordering online bc I’m not sure if I’ll ever shop at Best Buy again. Customer service said it will take a few days for the investigation and here I sit spending this money on something that didn’t show up.

Loses charge so fast

My year mark with the ring is in a month. So disappointing. Had the oura 3 that was 4 years old and it charged the same amount as this one

UI and Widgets are slacking

It does not have useful widgets on iPhone. You always have to go into the app to look at your stats. Get the ringconn 2 before you get this one.
